Enjoyable stay

Pros: very nice staff, close to bus stations, okay breakfast included in the price.

Cons: poor soundproofing. In the morning breakfast is served starting at 7:30AM and you can hear everything, plates and cutlery being arranged and very loud espresso machine, so basically you cant really sleep past 7-7:30. Also, it can get pretty noisy from outside and from the other rooms. in the bathroom there is a very old hair dryer and makes it very hard to dry your hair and it takes forever - they could invest in a more efficient hairdryer.

For an in and out visit to Rome and a place to sleep comfortably, it's decent value.

Pros: Breakfast was great and the room was nice and quiet.

Cons: Not much, even though the location isn't too obviously close to major landmarks, we found it easy to get around and there were some great restaurants nearby.

Pros: Had a lovely stay in Rome! The apartment was cozy, clean, and in a quiet, safe area near Villa Borghese. Laura and the ladies were so kind and easy to reach, and the little welcome gifts were a sweet touch. Definitely recommend!

Excellent spot for a very short stay.

Pros: Very responsive communication Clean and comfortable Perfect location to Borghese Gallery, which was what we were after.

Cons: A bit further from town and buses not always reliable, but that was our choice (re location) Scaffolding right outside our window, spoiled the view, but not such a big deal.

All in all, really good and cozy

Pros: A small cozy place, located outside the worst city noise, about a 20-minute walk to the center. Easy check-in and check-out, good hospitality with relevant information. Nothing was lacking, and it was cleaned every day when you came back. A small charming courtyard where breakfast could be enjoyed. All in all, really good!

Pros: Lots of kindness. A cosy and peaceful place with a beautiful interior and patio. Nicely served breakfast. A joyful walking distance to all sites in Roma whereas the nearness of Villa Borghese is a great advantage. I do recommend Domus Pinciana!

Great time in Rome

Pros: We loved everything - great value for money. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. Property is nicely located, not far from the villa Borghese and Spanish steps. Very clean, breakfast was was enough for us, there are several nice restaurants around. Thanks for the great time!
