Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. The owner took the time to talk with us, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with a wide variety of options – fresh fruit, sandwiches, croissants, and more. The location is excellent, very close to the city center. There was a shared bathroom available, which was clean and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay.

Balcony view makes it all worth it!

Pros: Mustafa was a great host! He was the most responsive host I’ve ever had in terms of texting or calling, anytime 24-7 and always helpful and gracious! Thanks Mustafa!

Best price vs quality combo

Pros: The hospitality of mr Mustafa was something that really surprised us (in a good way) - he brought us fresh croissants every morning and cooked us dinner for the entire visit- it tasted really good...! He is also willing to advise you with directions and is just exceptionally welcoming. If I am going to visit Rome again, I am staying at the Casa di Mochi! The best price vs quality combo (note that this is in the centre of the city with the Termini station and many of the sightseeing attractions at the walking distance (Coloseum, Fontana di Trevi...)

Pros: My stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful! I was there with my parents, and we felt so welcomed from the very beginning. Mustafa is incredibly kind and caring, and it was very convenient that he speaks both English and Spanish. Every morning he brought us breakfast, and in the evenings we enjoyed lovely dinners with wine, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The area is nice and quiet, yet the location is great for exploring the city. We truly felt at home here. Thank you so much for such warm hospitality – I would love to come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome! 🌸

Pros: The value for money, in terms of the space and facilities and location was perfect! Because we had decided to visit Rome during the Easter holidays, hence prices were skyrocketing everywhere and this was the one place that had perfect quality and value for money compared to everywhere else in Rome. Mustafa made our stay an amazing one, from his wonderful smile and attitude to the warm gestures that were unexpected (such as going the extra mile with bringing us breakfast a couple of times) to making us dinner. He was always checking in on us and telling what to do and where to go if we were lost. He always gave us clean sheets and towels and even had the place cleaned regularly (at least the communal areas). I guarantee you are in the safest of hands with Mustafa, especially since he has been living in Italy for 35 years and is a local! He really has such a big heart and we need to see more people like Mustafa around this temporary world that we live in!

Cons: Nothing honestly, everything was perfect! Unless you (the potential next booker) are someone that is a diva and has ridiculous expectations and standards, then i suggest you manage your expectations. This place and booking was perfect and we wouldn't have asked for better!

Pros: The best one if you are looking for an accommodation in the middle of town. The host is super nice person and very co-operative. Easily access to bus, supermarkets and restaurants.
