Perfect stay for a city break

Pros: I highly recommend this place as the location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet and safe. The room had all the necessary facilities, it was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The host, Maurizio, but also the housekeeping staff were really kind and helpful.

Lovey stay

Pros: Lovey little room for me and my boyfriend for a long weekend. Communication from staff was very good prior to checking in and little details they offered (valentines chocolate and decorated the room for my boyfriend’s birthday). Location is good, about 20 minute walk to trevi fountain and 30 minute walk to colosseum. View from the bedroom was lovely and very Italian feel - especially the lift to the floor which our room was.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was pleasant, very bright and spacious. The bathroom was a surprise, with its little window and steps – very nice. It was also surprisingly quiet and easy to use. Special thanks to the manager for help and step-by-step instructions for check-in.

Cons: It's a shame I didn't get to fully enjoy my room—it was only one night—but I'll definitely be back. I would suggest replacing the shower hose; it was leaking, but it didn't detract from my experience.
