Pros: Clean, tidy, and within walking distance to the nearest bust stop. Also, this place is very close to Galleria Borghese. Perfect for someone who ran out of online ticket and wanted to buy the last minute ones (like me)

So so.....
Pros: Friendly staff and free coffee, water and soft drinks, including pastries and fruit. That was reallt thoughtful. Room was very comfortable for 2 people.
Cons: Our toilet had issues with flushing. We had to manually flush each time which was frustrating. Other guests were very noisy late at night. Despite my wife informing staff, no warnings or notices were issued. We had to endure 3 nights of noisy guests disrupting our sleep. The property should put up a sign to tell guests no loud noise or drinking in the lounge after 10pm.

Pleasant and clean, no washing machine/drier, wi-fi poor, traffic noisy
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Ready supply of water and juice and delightful cakes. Rooms made up daily and towels changed. Lots of great eateries nearby. Temperature control good. About 4 other rooms, other guests quiet and respectful. Georgio a blessing.
Cons: Indicated facility- washing machine and tumble dryer, my main reason for choosing this place, clearly didn’t exist (no response when messaged) Laundry possible at additional cost. Quite traffic noisy , disturbing in the mornings. Wi-fi not good in the room. No decaff coffee, it’s an easy fix.

Pros: Great location, in walking distance from Roma Termini main station. With many restaurants around. Very well equipped room, free coffee, water, juice and cakes available all day. Alessandro and Georgio were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, quiet air condition.
Cons: The toilet lid and window shades need some mending. But I don't consider it important.

Overall, everything was very nice, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and spotless place to stay.
Pros: Wonderful experience. The guest house is exceptionally clean, with the rooms being cleaned every day. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests.The room itself was lovely, well-appointed, and comfortable Overall, everything was very nice, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and spotless place to stay.

Pros: Very easy, hassle-free late independent check-in (around 22:00) very valuable since the plane arrived late. The location is good, close to the metro and all attractions. There is also nice breakfast (yogurt, cereal, cakes, toaste, fruits ), delicious coffee, and a variety of teas.
Cons: The toilet flush button was broken, and the shower cap was also broken. Internet didn't work sometimes, but after we told the administrator, it was fixed .

Lovely stay in a great location of Rome
Pros: Excellent location with the best host Georgio. Breakfast was great with freshly cut fruits, cereals, bread, pastries, juices, coffee and even lactose or plant-based milk. It was also so convenient to be able to wash and dry our clothes during the stay.
Cons: I liked everything except that their toilet is an electric flush toilet which means you are not able to flush anything through the toilet. That was a little unusual for us.
