Clean and comfortable accommodation with well connected transportation

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable. Giulia was really helpful. The location was well connected with the public transport. Would definitely recommend others

Cons: One of the morning during our stay there was no hot water coming in the bathroom. So had to inform the host about the issue. But because of this issue we had to wait till the hot water came back for almost 1-2 hours or so till the issue was fixed. Except this issue overall we were happy staying here

Very good

Pros: Great location, beautiful view from the room, and a friendly girl checked us in and provided all the information. The room is clean, spacious, and has high ceilings.

Cons: Due to the building's age, there are some minor ventilation issues. We had to constantly air out the room. The door handles are a bit broken and kept falling to the floor.

Pros: The location is very good, we could easily walk to the city center. The room was simple, spacious and clean. Our host Giulia was exceptionally kind and helpful, she provided all the information we needed regarding transportation, nearest restaurants and coffee places etc. Very good option for a pleasant short stay in Rome.

Excellent and very comfortable stay!

Pros: Eric and Julia were excellent host! Location is perfect, close to public transport and restaurants around. Super clean room and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Free breakfast is great! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfectly clean room in a cool part of the town

Pros: First of all, cleanliness is perfect! The room is very nice designed, there are some little things that are always important when you stay somewhere like: the fridge worked perfectly, which is very important since temperature in Rome is super high. Water pressure at the faucet and shower was excellent. Wifi worked perfect! There is a large fan on the ceiling which is super cool thing in the summer time! The part of the city where room is located is also excellent, it is about 10min walk from Spanish steps but there are no crowds and tourists like in the city center, there are excellent restaurants, bakeries, gelateria... in this part of the town! We liked it a lot! The young lady who was our hostess is super friendly and helpful!

Pros: The room is precious. Looks exactly like on photo. Owner is friendly, polite and sweet. They have free breakfast and AC, also room and bathroom are clean. Interior of the room for 4 people was stunning. I really recommend this place to stay. It was very sweet that they allowed us to stay a bit longer(checkout supposed to be at 10 or 11, we did it at 13:00).

Pros: Staff: gentile e sempre a disposizione. É stato facile cominciare con loro e in maniera tempestiva e hanno soddisfatto qualsiasi richiesta Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare gratuitamente le valigie dopo il check out per riprenderle, poi, in un secondo momento Stanza: il b&b presenta 3 stanze e una sala colazione dove poter fare colazione e dov’è presente anche un forno a microonde oltre ad un forno normale, le foto corrispondono alla realtà e si vede che è di recente ristrutturazione. Si trova inoltre in un palazzo abbastanza tranquillo Check out: molto comodo che l’orario sia fino le 11:30 Posizione: la posizione del b&b permette di raggiungere a piedi i posti principali (15-20 minuti) ma a pochi metri si trovano la stazione metro e fermate bus Sicuramente ritorneremo

Cons: Ogni tanto veniva puzza di scarico dal bagno Qualche appoggio in più nella stanza e nel bagno La presa superiore a sinistra del letto non funzionava
