Thelma House - lovely apartment near Tiburtina Station

Clean Well Equipped Apartment, Full of Amenities that we needed, Kind helpful host.

Pros: Apartment was clean, very well equipped, air con was nice and cold, great contact with host, very accommodating to our requests

Cons: Bed and pillows could have been comfier. 12 min walk to the metro.

Pleasant Stay at Thelma House – Great Location & Host.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Thelma House in the Tiburtina area of Rome. The location is excellent — it's conveniently close to a supermarket, a laundry, and a bus stop, which made it easy to get around and take care of daily needs. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped. It has air conditioning, which was a great relief during the hot days, and the kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking and dining. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Claudia is exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Thelma House for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Rome. Thank you Claudia👍👏

Nice stay !

Pros: Our host, Claudia, was really nice and helped us with everything we needed. She also responded immediately at my messages. The place is very comfy, very stylish and super clean. It was plenty space for 5 people. The fact that the apartment is equiped with 2 bathrooms is definitely a plus. The place has literally everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron etc. I think I would stay here again.

Cons: The only thing that was not so good waa the location. I think it’s pretty far from the city center and all the tourist attractions. If you don’t want to use the bus or the metro, you will arrive in the city center in aprox. 1h by foot. Instead, if you take the bus (the bus station is like 3-4 minutes away) you will be there in like 35-40 minutes. It really depends on the traffic and the arrival time of the bus (which is not that accurate in Rome).

Pros: Nice apartment, had everything you may need for a short stay, very clean and tidy. Claudia is an amazing host, responses to any messages in minutes, very helpful.

Kind owner, beautiful apartment, good price

Pros: The apartment was newly reconstructed. 2 bathrooms, up to 6 beds, three modern televisions. We were really suprised and satisfied.

Cons: Apartment is quite far from center and you have to use Taxi. But the price/comfort/quality ratio is really high so in the times of Uber Taxi you do not have to care about location.

Ottimo appartamento

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento, sembrava di essere a casa, dotato di tutti i confort. In cucina presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici, compresi macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati.

Cons: Unica pecca, se così può essere, é che essendo scaldata a a pompa di calore, al nostro arrivo la casa era un po’ fredda, ma acceso il tutto si scalda molto velocemente.

Amei o apartamento , amplo e tudo limpo . Acertei na escolha

Pros: O apartamento super confortável e grande, com bastante utensílios na cozinha e TV em todos os cômodos, super mercado grande a poucos metros do apartamento… estava tudo bem limpo… voltarei com certeza em outra oportunidade, recomendo 😉.

Pros: Limpieza, ubicación, instalaciones nuevas y completas y amabilidad de la dueña., cualquier duda me la respondía por WhatsApp enseguida y el acceso muy fácil. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. A dos minutos un buen supermercado y enfrente una parada de bus que te llevaba a la estación de Tiburtina en menos de cinco minutos. Si volviese a Roma lo elegiría otra vez

Best apartment we’ve ever stayed at hands down!

Pros: The apartment was so clean and beautiful! It had the feeling of our home. It had everything we needed to feel like we never left home. The beds were comfortable and everything is so nice and clean! The property owner was nice and helpful! I will definitely book again if we are ever in Italy again.

Cons: I loved everything about it, nothing bad
