Pros: Check-in was very easy, and the hosts were extremely responsive any time we had questions or needed help—they made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the warm days. The location is also very convenient: public transport options like the bus and train were easily accessible, making it simple to get around the city. There’s also a supermarket and several fast food chains just a short walk away Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay with my family at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and really beautifully arranged. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need: shops, restaurants, public transport, and more. The area is quiet and safe, which made the experience even more relaxing. Great Apartment near Tiburtina ⛽

Pros: It's a spotlessly clean and very well equipped apartment in a residential area of Rome. It feels a bit remote sometimes, but Tiburtina station is very near and connections are plenty. The area is not touristy at all, which is actually great for people who want to experience the real life of modern Romans, their bars, trattorias and street life.

Cons: The windows face a busy road which sometimes can be noisy.

Pros: Le proprietarie sono state molto gentili e sono super organizzate nel fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie e anche le istruzioni per i vari elettrodomestici/wifi/condizionatore.

Pros: Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, La dotazione in cucina è molto ricca mancavano solo degli strofinacci da cucina. Segnalo che ci sono svariati elettrodomestici in dotazione, un frigorifero, un forno a microonde e uno elettrico, una macchina per il caffè a capsule, piatti e posate, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, lavatrice due televisori e molto altro ancora. Coperte , lenzuola , cuscini in quantità, La connessione Wi-Fi è molto buona. Il supermercato è di fronte all'appartamento e nella zona ci sono svariati negozi e ristoranti. A due fermate di bus dalla stazione ferroviaria Tiburtina oppure a meno di 1 Km a piedi. Alla fine ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Ringraziamo Arianna per la cordialità e la comunicazione

Cons: Uniche pecche sono il telecomando di ogni televisore non permetteva di accendere o spegnere la tv ma bisognava alzarsi . Inoltre i telecomandi dell'aria condizionata erano fissi al muro e non wireless.
