Pros: The apartment is not such big, but is very comfortable to stay. The bed was very comfortable to sleep and TV worked very well. Staff is always kind, helpful and available. The apartment is 10-15 mins from Tiburtina Station to walk. There will be the grocery store across the street nor far away, Mc Donalds and bars around.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect for me

Overall our stay was really great🫶🏻
Pros: The location of the property was excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, so it's very convenient for buying food and other essentials. The locals we met were friendly and helpful, even though most did not speak English. Public transport is easily accessible, with metro and bus stations just a short walk away. If you're driving, getting to the main attractions is straightforward, and navigating the roads adds to the experience of exploring Rome.
Cons: The property does not have its own parking, however you can just park anywhere in the street. The property charge you with the tax in cash, so better to have cash with you.

Excellent place - well worth it.
Pros: Spacious and a well equipped unit for cooking and relaxing. A supermarket was a couple of doors away. It was a 15 minute walk to the local train/ bus station.
Cons: It was quite noisy with street traffic but also the television from the above unit was loud.

Pros: Nice apartment, big supermarket just near the building entrance, 10 min walk to Tiburtina bus/train station. Nice stores and fast food around. 4 metro stations from Termini station. Very friendly host, no conplains.
Cons: Noise from other apartments in the building, bad sound insulation.

Spacious with all the bits and pieces you need.
Pros: Only met the host once but he gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. A well equipped apt had everything you need. Roughly 400 yards to Tiburtina station. Enjoyed regular visits to a hamburger (Spanish?) place across the main road to chill out after a long day touring. We felt secure.
Cons: It may not have the charm, views or presentation of what you expect from a holiday stay, somewhat nondescript. But it was spacious, clean and had everything you need.

Pros: Very good. The owner is very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean and nice. Good for stay with Family. 1.3 Km from Tiburtina station and well connected with the local transport.

Nice and clean apartment, good host
Pros: The apartment was completely clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and bathroom accessories. The rooms faced a quiet inner courtyard. The Tiburtina train and metro station is a ten-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a supermarket, tobacco shop, cafe, fast food restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Our host was friendly and polite, he handled the arrival time flexibly, and he always answered messages quickly.
