it was a wonderful experience living in the apartment and interacting with the host.
Pros: The flat is within 10 mins walk to train and metro stations, from which one can travel to other cities or other areas in Rome easily. It is spacious, clean and properly maintained, with easy access to supermarket and restaurants nearby. The host was very nice and showed us around the flat and its facilities, and answered whatever questions we asked of the neighborhood and the city etc.

Pros: The host met us at the apartment and showed us through all the facilities. The doorman was great. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine as well as the separate living areas and two bathrooms. We enjoy the walk to the metro to access all the Roma attractions.
Cons: As other guests have mentioned, the walls are super thin and you could hear conversion clearly.

Amazing stay!
Pros: The apartment was pretty big, we were there for 5 nights, 4 adults and 2 babies. The apartment has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms which is a big plus, especially if you are traveling with the babies. Even though it looks like (on the map) you are far away from the Rome attractions, believe me you are not. Tiburtina stations is very close and from there you can access every part of Rome you wish to visit. The main street near the apartment is very live, lots of resturants, fast food spots, supermarkets etc. We recommend “Moku” for sushi, “Pasta” for pinsa, “Ciro” for kebab and there are McDonalds and Burger King close by as well. The host was friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend the apartment.
Cons: The only thing that we did not like are the very thin walls, but this is not the reason to give bad review since its not the host’s fault. It is that thin that you can hear people speaking from the other apartments like they are sitting in your living room. We did not have issues with it tho.

Pros: Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Siccome siamo arrivati in tarda serata, ci ha permesso di fare il check out più tardi. La casa era pulita e la posizione strategica: 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Tiburtina e a 200 metri circa c'è la fermata del bus. La colazione non era inclusa ma abbiamo comunque trovato delle capsule per il caffè, delle tisane e le bottigliette d'acqua in frigo come kit di benvenuto. Ritorneremo sicuramente 😊

In general a fost totul super ok tinand cont ca plecam dimineata si reveneam seara.
Pros: Locatia este aproape de gara Tiburtina si de multe magazine si locuri de luat masa. Gazda a fost draguta si ne-a explicat pe indelete cum functioneaza AC-ul, ne-a lasat in frigider cateva sticle de apa minerala , unt, gem si capsule ptr cafea.
Cons: Ca sugestii : - In baia de serviciu ar fi necesar un cuier pentru prosoapele de baie si hainele de schimb. - Cele doua paturi de cate o persoana scartaie foarte tare.

Wonderful place with a 20 Euro taxi to most places of interest.
Pros: Very clean, well stocked and host made you comfortable with explanation of how to operate everything. Also encouraged to call for anything.
Cons: Neighbors are a little loud and tend to be noisy. This is no reflection on our host which has no control over neighbors.

Pros: Simpatia do sr. Emmanuel e de sua mãe. O apartamento superou as expectativas das fotos. Camas confortáveis. Limpeza.
Cons: Sugiro a substituição do esquentador por uma caldeira de água quente. Durante o banho a água fica fria várias vezes. Quanto à localização, fica longe do centro da cidade, mas tem estação de metro, autocarros e comboios próximos 600m.

Pros: Perfect stay for a family of 4. Conveniently located at 10 min walking distance from Tiburtina station. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean and comfortable apartment with a small balcony, living room, kitchen, two rooms, and two bathrooms.
Cons: Nothing in particular, but for info : Apartment on 4th floor and elevator too small even for 2 thin persons with luggage, so one needs to make multiple rides. WC seat in one of the bathrooms was broken/displaced. Hot water flow in shower becomes cold intermittently, and one has to wait.
