Pros: The location of Luxury AV is in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes walk to the metro station and regional bus station. It is easy to go into the central area by bus and metro. The place is exceptional clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner is a plus in the hot summer in Rome. The price of restaurants nearby is more resonable than in the central part of Rome.

Pros: Very good location, as we needed to travel in Rome and to Tivoli, because metro/train station is in 10min by feet. Spacious apartment. Shops for food nearby.

Nice and comfortable
Pros: The apartment is in a quiet area where there are many shops and places to eat. The apartment is large, with two bathrooms and a fitness area. It is very clean and pleasant. There is also a large balcony with a nice view, in the summer it is certainly an attractive place. Good contact with the person renting. We lived quite comfortably with seven people.
Cons: There was some kitchen equipment missing and a broom to sweep the floor. You have to walk a bit to the metro.

Pros: Безопасный район, 15 минут до метро, положили много кофе, квартира в хорошем состоянии, комфортные кровати и подушки - ортопедические, были стиральные принадлежности для белых вещей. Вместимость по спальным местам - 2 кровати ×2, 1 кровать×1, диван в кухне-столовой 1×2 = 7 человек.
Cons: Кондиционеры только в спальных комнатах (лучше бы охолождать через основную комнату, чтобы не дуло ночью), не было стиральных принодлежностей для цветных вещей и таблеток для посудомоечной машины.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros: Immaculately clean! The whole house is clean and well maintained, and smelled really fresh. The beds are very comfortable, even the pullout couch was comfortable. The AC was the best part since it was over 95 degrees when we were there. The kitchen has all the appliances you need (although we were very confused how the microwave was suppose to work), they even provided some basic condiments, and coffee pods! The owner is very responsive every time we have questions.
Cons: I wished there were 2 full baths, instead of 1 and a half (the other one being a toilet with no bath). With 7 of us, we had to “schedule” showers especially on days that we had to get out early. But everything worked out fine.

Ottima vacanza!
Pros: La struttura è in un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione tiburtina, nel palazzo è presente ascensore e l'appartamento è silenzioso, ben arredato,pulito e fornito di tutti i confort: cucina, lavanderia un bagno completo e uno piccolo con wc e lavandino. Siamo stati in cinque con un bimbo di tre anni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In più la posizione è perfetta con diverse attività vicino, bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacia ecc. Grazie molte al proprietario, una buona accoglienza garantisce in gran parte la riuscita della vacanza!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament nie jest w historycznej części ale jest blisko dworzec z metrem, autobusami miejskimi i pociągami. Do centrum historycznego sa tylko 4 stacje metra. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze oraz restauracje. Polecam
Cons: Wszystko mi się podobało.

Przestronny wygodny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem.
Pros: Apartament nie jest w centrum, ale jest dobrze skomunikowane z centrum. Do stacji metra jest ok.15 min piechotą, można też podjechać 1 przystanek autobusem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który mówi po angielsku. Był problem z nie pościeleniem łóżka pojedynczego (wynikało to z niedogadania się ), ale po rozmowie, na drugi dzień dostarczono poszewkę na kołdrę i prześcieradło. Okolica spokojna, jest bardzo cicho, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy, małe kafejki czy też lokale z szybkim jedzeniem.
