Very comfortable

Pros: It had everything you need for being like at home. Well equipped and the breakfast very good. On top of that Salvatore and Maria are such an amazing and nice people.

Really enjoyable, didn’t see Maria, Salvatore was an excellent host.

Pros: In close proximity to the train/ bus station. Clean and good size room.

Cons: Some noise outside during the night. The shower head in our bathroom wasn’t sufficient, but managed ok, ( maybe worth checking for future guests) we stayed in the Green room.

Pros: My son and I stayed here for a week. The location was excellent, minutes from the main train station so excellent access to all the tourist hotspots. It is a walk of about eight minutes to St Mary Major’s Basilica, the burial place of Pope Francis, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and the forum. Also, our host Salvatore was so friendly, kind and very helpful in giving great advice. We really enjoyed chatting with him. Great place to stay!

Overall a good stay

Pros: I appreciate the communication and the service of Maria and Antonio before and during our stay. Just a more or less 10-15 minute walk from Roma termini.

Cons: Just the soundproofing of the room, can easily hear the noise from the road and passersby. Free breakfast is so-so, i think can still improve on that. Area seems shady at night.

Pros: Excellent communication. The staff was very helpful. The B&B is in a great location, within walking distance of the Colosseum and other Roman monuments. The accommodation was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome

Good value for money, clean and comfortable, close to Rome Termini

Pros: Termini in bed was a very comfortable and clean!The owner, Salvatore, was so lovely and accomodating, always helped us where he could! The property is close to Rome termini train station which was perfect for us because we were taking day trips to other cities. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the colosseum, Trevi fountain etc but Rome is a beautiful city to walk around and explore by foot.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit small and the shower head in our room wasn’t the best.
