Authentic and Affordable

Pros: Loved the value and location. It felt like an authentic Roman apartment.

Cons: We would have liked more communication in advance about the address of the unit. When we arrived to the provided address we were direct to a nearby building. A language barrier with the host made this confusing.

Handy to Rome Central Train Station and buses

Pros: I made an error with the dates. Arrived the day before book in.Lemei, kindly found us a room.

Cons: Spacious room, great shower. Communal kitchen well stocked.

Pros: The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped with hygiene products, the hostess was exceptional, very kind, we left our luggage both upon arrival and departure

Pros: All was amazing, the owner is very nice and friendly, she proposed water after arrival, helped with the early check in. All the facilities are of superior quality, i.e. hair dryer, good matraces, conditioner, towels and clean blankets. The room itself is very spacious with high ceilings and well cleaned.There was even a shower gel in the bathroom. And the kitchen had all needed facilities, like a kettle, cups, glasses etc. Near the apartment there is a nice park and the location itself is cool, near restaurants, bag lockers and Colosseum. It was a big pleasure to stay in this apartment.

Pros: Very well located, right by Termini Station. Lovely and clean. Friendly greeting.

Cons: No reflection on the hotel, but take earplugs because, due to its aforementioned ideal location, it's really noisy. I SAID IT'S REALLY NOISY!

Pros: This is like pne big apartment in a building with sharing kitchen and fridge, but every room has private bathroom. Cleaness of a kitchen 7/10, Bathroom 8/10 Room 11/10, you could literlaly ear from a floor. Location is perfect, you have 5 min to termini station, and 50m to bus stop from apartment that drives to Pantheon, do Trevi and Spanish Steps. Also, avommodation has a Lavazza coffe mashine, and you can drink as many coffe as you want for free! Tigre market is very close.

Pros: It's a comfortable and safe place, with many facilities. The staff is very kind and there was coffee service outside the room.

Excellent value for money, great location.

Pros: Excellent location, next to Termini, and next to buses to and from the airport. Comfortable clean room, good bathroom with toiletries, good wifi. There are facilities for a light breakfast, even sweets. The lady who welcomed us gave us useful recommendations as to our stay in Rome.
