Pros: - One minute from Termini station - Daily cleaning - Very welcoming host, they let us check in one hour early - Discount at their restaurant Alfredo - You can leave your luggage for free at the restaurant

perfect location near Termini Station, Santa Maria Maggiore and Baths of Diocletian

Pros: We were travelling mostly by train so the location was perfect. It wasn't too loud (there were some bearable noises from garbage trucks in the morning). The room covered all basic needs: ability to make tea or coffee, cook a bit if you want (we didn't).

Cons: I can't think of any downsides.

Pros: Convenient and very accessible to all of the public transport.

Cons: The air conditioner is quiet good but after few minutes it will be very noisy like the airplane boarding, we always awoken and suddenly get off and on. Maybe a stand fun would be better and energy saver.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! Alex our host went over and above making sure we were comfortable and well looked after for our whole stay. They have an amazing restaurant just down the road that you must try. Location excellent- the station is right there if you need it, but we found lots of the main attractions were walkable too. The room was plenty big enough, and our own bathroom that was perfectly clean. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, cosy affordable place close to all attentions and for people who enjoy interacting with some lovely locals.

Was good, we loved the host he was really lovely and the location was amazing, the photos on the website didn’t do this

Pros: liked the comfy rooms he gave us somewhere to keep our bags felt very welcomed when we arrived

Cons: shower drain wouldn’t fully drain and was clogged toilet seat was broken

Pros: Host went out of his way to ensure that we were happy. Location close to train station but also easy to walk from to get to most places we chose to visit.

Cons: adjoining room had some noisy kids but this didn't bother us that often

Pros: We stayed in a clean and comfortable apartment room with a shared kitchen, 1 double (2 single beds combined) and 1 single bed. The location was very convenient for going to and from the airport, as it was close to the train station. It was also very easy to walk to popular places. It was very convenient to be able to come to our room at noon, rest and then go out again. Alex also has his own restaurant very close to the room. He offers special discounts on the menu prices for his guests staying at the hotel. I would like to thank Alex and his partner Conrad for their kindness.

Pros: Location could not have been better,, a stones throw from Termini Station, the room was very clean, and quiet at night. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and could not have been easier to deal with.

Pros: Close to the Termini station. Good security. Friendly staff. Thanks for the pizza which was really good.

Cons: Everything was OK. Little suggestion: as the property offers a space for eating, it would be good to have a basic microwave and basic cutlery.
