Wonderful experience

Pros: Great host, great location, amazing service, big and comfortable room. Just few minutes walking from Termini station this is the best B&B experience we have ever had. Breakfast was delicious, coffee outstanding. We got our mini bar full of free food every day and Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay, directing us to good places to eat and offering help and support with sightseeing advices when needed. Really recommend. Also fototherapy in the room and bathroom adds special vibes to overall great experience. We even got free souvenirs. Definitely coming back.

Felt like home!

Pros: It's our first time in Rome and we weren't expecting anything but a simple stay for a couple of days, BUT the stay in Optimus B&B was exceeding expectations!!! Andrea was so helpful, friendly and considerate, and made the experience unique and comfy. He actually communicate with us once we arrived in Rome, and helped us with places recommendations, he even packed the breakfast for us to take while we're out. He left us food and drinks in the fridge everyday. He gave us a gift when we arrived and a souvenir when we left. the place was close to most of the monuments you can walk to them, was in front of the train and bus station, it was perfect for a first time as we were navigating the city and it made it so easy. DEFINITELY will stay there again next time in Rome. The room was clean, cozy, has everything, even Netflix, the breakfast was good, fresh patisserie every morning, coffee machine in the room and AC. Totally recommending it to your first time in Rome!

Excellent b&b

Pros: This B&B proved to be the finest accommodation we've experienced during our travels abroad. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional, with daily housekeeping. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts and a mini-bar restocked daily with complimentary, delicious food. The room itself was warm, quiet, and featured great lighting. The host, Andrea, is a very pleasant man who speaks good English well. He gave us fantastic recommendations for various highly-rated places to eat in Rome for dinner and even presented us with souvenirs. It was an incredibly pleasant experience!

Pros: The owner was very kind, polite, and helpful. We could reach them anytime we needed. They made us feel at home. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. All the things we might need were thoughtfully provided. Thank you very much — we would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

The best B&B

Pros: Everything! Andrea is the most wonderful person and really cares about his guests! We had a great stay, from the amazing breakfast to the very clean room, the coffee machine, comfy bed, the list goes on…! We got recommendations for the area, check out is accommodating especially with bags and extra bathroom, lovely apartment block, felt safe and secure. If we come back to Rome we will stay with Andrea again, such a lovely man. He can’t do enough! Thank you very much :)

Great B&B, great location, great hosts. We had an amazing stay

Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful every morning and the hosts were exceptional, the mini fridge was filled with drinks, meats and yoghurts etc and we also got a little packed lunch on the day of departure. Location is great, just round the corner from train station and bus station and lovely little cafes and bars. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Owner gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally Perfect

Pros: Andrea our host was the most wonderful accommodating man. He was very helpful with any questions, gave fantastic recommendations and generally all-round amazing person who had our best interests at heart! We had an early start (before breakfast) one morning and he gave us some breakfast bits the night before. Breakfast in general was very good! Lots of choice! The room had everything you could need. Lighting was exceptional, shower was big & had different hooks for different height of the shower head. Great TV. Coffee machine & fridge. High table to eat. Secure property. Lift to get up. Location was fantastic. Bus stop on the next street took us to the main sites (Trevi Fountain/Pantheon etc), Termini Station is close by. We will come back to Rome, partly because of the sights we didn't get to see. Partly to stay here again. Thank you again Andrea!
