Convenient and affordable accommodation

Pros: The location was very convenient, near Rome Termini Station. The receptionist was very accommodating, we had changes to our check in time and Roberto was kind enough to make adjustments. The room was very big with a decent sized shower. They have a common kitchen which was a big plus for us. It has a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, snacks, and a microwave. The building has an elevator too which is good for luggages. The owner was very accommodating also, since we had to check out early, she communicated with us on how to check out and gave us options if we wanted to leave our bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back to this property x

Pros: I had a great experience, for what I was looking for. I chose this stay for the end of my trip because it is very close to the station that goes directly to the airport. Roma Termini. 5 minute walk literally. The bed is comfortable, everything is very clean and the staff are very nice. I was a little late for check out and they were super nice to me. And I loved that they have a living room/ kitchen área around the rooms 24/7 open with some treats, juice, water, coffee, tea and places to sit around. very cool!

Cons: If you are with a lot of luggage, the room is in the 5th floor, the elevator is not super big. a lot of stairs. It doesnt really work like a hotel. its more like a floor inside of a building with a lot rooms. It wasnt a issue for me but just saying, I feel like this room is to stay only in the arrivals or ends of the whole italy trip. And the bathroom doesnt have windows, not a issue for me but for some people it can be a thing. but in general is very confortable for a couple.

Enjoyed our Stay

Pros: Love the Location, few minutes to Termini Train station, good night life. Room was clean, has separate Kitchen where you can grab water, tea, have breakfast. Simona was a very good host.

Pros: The location was excellent we could easily catch the train the metro or a bus! It was a nice part of the city with restaurants right outside the hotel with affordable prices. The host was really nice and the common kitchen was really convenient. The check in and check out was very smooth. Highly recommend.

Pros: The hotel owner was very kind and helpful. We stayed for two nights and left really pleased with our stay.

Fantastic location and perfect place to relax

Pros: Everything was so nice and clean and there was a shared kitchen with everything need! The host was super lovely and gave us some helpful tips as well and it was a 5 min walk from the train station

Small B and B in great location. Quiet, safe location. Very clean with welcoming host.

Pros: Kitchen and continental breakfast available. Help yourself. Was plentiful available.

Cons: Elevator was small, but it was in keeping with the building so not really a case of disliking. A great location, easy walking distance to terminal. Plenty of restaurants close walking distance. We only met Roberto who was very welcoming and friendly host.

Lovely comfy spot in a great location

Pros: The convenience of the location, the helpful staff, the comfortable bed, the refreshing shower and the total blackout curtains.

Cons: There weren't really a lot of spaces to put things and all the railings were really high up
