Clean comfy with great location

Pros: Clean place, comfy clean bed & bath, liked break fast. Quality towels. Ease of access and location is best.. Mario kept in touvh before during and at departure. Safe place.

In summary, it was good, it's in a good location, you can easily get anywhere and Mario, the owner, is a very nice p

Pros: the terrace and the cleanliness and the staff were very good (the chocolate croissant was very delicious)

Cons: It was very hot in the evening and the seagulls were screaming in the street all night and because it was hot you couldn't close the window and the seagulls were very disturbing.

Pros: The host (Mario)was super responsive before checking and flexible. Jeff provided great service, breakfast was great and accommodated our request to leave luggage as our flight was late. Location was super convenient for airport shuttle and train station both. No issues as all! I would come back again!

Pros: Very close to the Termini station, just a minute walk. In Termini you have all kinds of shops and metro to go anywhere, and if you are up to walking, you can walk anywhere (that's what I did). So if you want accommodation that will be close to everything, that is the one. I also liked the hospitality of the host and his assistant. Very pleasant people.

Cons: It was a little loud at night because of the restaurant that is on the next entrance. Also the breakfast could be of more variety.
