Pros: I had a pleasant stay! The place is comfortable, safe, and very clean - making it a great choice for solo travelers, families, or friends. My room on the 4th floor had a refreshing view, and hearing the birds when opening the window was very peaceful. They were also very kind to store my luggage for a while after check-out. Highly recommended!

Nice for a short stay

Pros: The apartment is cute and cozy. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the subway (700 meters). The neighborhood is beautiful.

Cons: The bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. The TV didn't work (upon my arrival, I was informed of an internet problem, but I thought at least the antenna was working). One night, I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn't work (I don't know if the remote control battery was dead or if there was another problem).

Great place to stay

Pros: The guy is very friendly and helpful for the requests and assistance. It's not in the city and a residential neighborhood making it calm and peaceful. And the view from room was soo nice and beautiful

Cons: Mattress were a little hard however when you are tired after a long tiring walks and yours around the city it doesn't matter anyway I guess.

Pros: Great location for the Vatican City & plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: The beds are rather hard & you can clearly hear the people in the apartments above you which was frustrating when trying to get a full nights sleep!

High quality studio in a quiet and convenient location

Pros: Excellent location near the Lepanto metro. Quiet neighbourhood, This studio is absolutely first rate and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette and everything that you need for being comfortable. This place ticks all the boxes. Good value for the quality of what you get. Have someone there on arrival makes everything go smoothly. Giulio is personable and friendly and totally committed to making sure you settle in without any problems. Great information about everything you might need to know.

Great stay - definitely will return.

Pros: The location was stunning for my needs and access to the city. It is a really safe and convenient area to be situated to explore the city and have easy access to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Some of the decor is a bit dated and the washing of the plates and cutlery in the kitchen is not part of the general cleaning, but none of this was a problem as some dish washing soap was provided on request.

Pros: Very chic and tastefully decorated. We didn’t want to leave. Even though it was old school it was still super functional with a great shower and aircon! Was a very good price for what it is. We felt very lucky to have been able to stay here, we were sad to leave. Thankyou Julio.

Spacious, quiet setting with friendly staff; easy public transport access to attractions; lovely local area

Pros: Spacious, clean,quiet studio apartment with plenty of room for two, management were available, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful part of Rome away from the tourist crowds but within easy reach of many popular attractions and very well served by public transport. Restaurants, bars and local convenience stores within walkable distance. An absolute joy to stay here.
