Pros: Accommodation in a great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet in a quiet place. The view from the apartment is enchanting.

Cons: You need to expect steep stairs to the apartment because you are basically in the attic, but we didn't mind, the view is worth it.

A peaceful, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment in a perfect location near Spagna metro

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with Spagna metro just a very short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite being so central, the street is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. The apartment itself is extremely quiet and calm, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. It was spotless and very clean, and we really appreciated how warm and comfortable it was during the winter. The space is very spacious, much larger than expected, and ideal for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish – friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: A fabulous location in the busy, upmarket Spagna district with 360 views across Rome. Very close to the Metro which connects directly with Rome Termini. Close to the Borghese Gardens for a run or breathing space and good supermarkets.

Cons: Having to use one's phone to access the apartment door.

Pros: A great location close to the Spanish Steps with the major sights all walkable. Good views across Rome and can see the dome of St Peter’s Basilica. A spacious bathroom. A little balcony that gets sun most of the day.

Cons: Quite a few steps, but a lift is available for part of it. It’s not a problem if you’re pretty mobile and don’t have heaps of luggage.

Pros: The check in and out of the property was made so simple by it being done all online, even opening the doors was done online which was very simple.

Amazing location and views.

Pros: Amazing location and 360’ views of rome. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Great shower.

Cons: Door lock a bit of a pain but all ok if have internet connection. Guy taking care of the building (not the host) was very rude.

The view is worth coming back.

Pros: Excellent location close to Piazza di Spagna and the subway stop. We loved the view which is a huge advantage of the apartament. Although there is an elevator you can take, there are some more steps to get to it as it's on the very top of the building. The view is worth climbing a little bit.

Cons: The entryway door opens automatically with the button from the inside and with the key (under the list of residents) from the outside. Wasn't that clear to us at first but no problem once we figured it all out.

Pros: The location and the little terrace are perfect and it was very quiet

Cons: Unfortunately not very clean ( I had to change the obviously already used bedshheets) and as already mentioned by many others the doorlock is very annoying

Pros: The views from the apartment and the location can’t be beat. The bathroom was enormous and beautiful with good water pressure in the shower

Cons: The stairs were a bit treacherous. There is an elevator but one flight to get to it, and then two flights after it to get to more stairs to the door. Once inside the unit, there are more stairs which are even steeper and narrower. Our small carry-on bags barely fit up. Leaving, we had to back out of the apartment. Not a problem for us but if you have mobility or balance problems, this is not the place for you. I would say the unit was tidy but it could have been cleaner. The bathroom was very clean but the living space was slightly dusty and dark velvet upholstery on sofa and headboard didn’t look like it had been vacuumed recently. Probably hard to get a vacuum up those steps! The balcony, views, location, and swanky bathroom helped us overlook the minor stuff.

Massive goegeous view good, perfect for the 2 people with no luggage (except you are so strong :)

Pros: This room has massive gorgeous view on the window side for Spanish Step, and the balcony side for Vatican city with the balcony that can suite for 2-3 people. Close to Metro and attractive place over the Spanish step area. Room is very big compare to the other in the same price.

Cons: The elevator is just start from 0.5 floor and stop at 3.5 floor while you stay on 5th floor and the last ladder step before you got into your room is terrible . For people with backpack you will be fine but for the people come with luggage please notice this. The room unlock a bit complicated you need the internet with browser to the link to press unlock and sometime I have to wait a couple minutes to get inti my room. I would prefer more on password code unlock. The bathroom need more manage on smell and need some maintenance on the door and shower hardware need fix.
