Cozy Appartment by Spanish Steps

Great location, but loud but perfect for our stay.

Pros: The properly is in a fantastic location. Near lovely shops and restaurants. It’s on a little street with a lovely bar opposite (great cocktails). Inside the apartment is a bit shabby but it was clean and comfortable and very spacious for a central property.

Cons: The furniture was old. The wardrobe in the main room had no rail so we had to use the wardrobes in the kids’ rooms to hang our stuff up. The living room could have better furniture in it as it’s a huge space but it was fine for sitting in for short periods in the evening. As with most central places, it was very loud - you could hear people outside, alarms going off, rubbish being collected. This didn’t bother us as we live in central London and have ear plugs but if you’re used to quiet then maybe this isn’t for you.

Pros: Апартаментът е прекрасен, изключително удобен, чист и комфортен! Със семейството ми прекарахме страхотни няколко дни, а разположението на апартамента направи престоя ни oще по незабравим, намира се в една от централните улички, буквално до Испанските стълби и на минути път пеша от повечето забележителности и едни от най вкусните ресторанти, предлагащи местна кухня! Собствениците бяха изключително мили, а Лука - момчето, което ни посрещна много отзивчив и любезен! Препоръчвам с две ръце и бих се върнала отново!

Cons: Todo está muy buen no hay nada que reprobar

Super séjour en famille dans cet appartement moderne idéalement placé

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, très bien placé dans le centre de Rome. Malgré le double vitrage la rue est bruyante le matin dès 5 h… Commerces, restaurants… tout est à proximité immédiate. Andrea est réactive et accommodante.

Cons: A titre anecdotique, les 6 assiettes plates sont trop grandes pour le lave-vaisselle mais on peut les coucher… Il manquait un torchon ou deux pour la cuisine… on a dû prendre une serviette de toilette

Week In Rome Exploring The Eternal City

Pros: Very, very spacious apartment conveniently located in the old City of Rome at the walking distance from everything.

Cons: As a thought, in my humble opinion, the apartment could be fully furnished with more updated and useful furniture, or I miss the idea of old Rome charming homes, tile flooring, and somehow mixed designs ( jacuzzi?!).The view from the balcony is a bit depressing, but in all, experience was nice. Power installation is something that could be reviewed also.

L’appartement est très confortable et très bien situé mais le quartier trop bruyant

Pros: L’appartement est conforme aux photos, la cuisine est bien équipée, les salles de bains également. Il est très confortable. L’accueil était très sympathique, la personne nous attendait à notre arrivée. Il y a un ascenseur, bien pratique avec les valises.

Cons: Les chambres donnent toutes sur la rue qui est très bruyante jour et nuit. Les rues sont étroites et les bruits de circulation résonnent. Autre point négatif, un des lits est très mou et bruyant.
