lovely place to stay and close to many attractions

Pros: the place was nice and clean and very quiet in a small back street The place had everything we needed to be comfortable

Cons: the toilet did not flush when we got there but we called and they came and fixedi straight away

Pros: The location is fantastic. Close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and shopping! Also walkable to Collloseum (30 mins) although wouldn’t recommend with kids in the height of summer in Rome 🥵 It has everything you need with full kitchenette, washing machine, even iron and ironing board. Comfortable beds and two separate bedrooms make it ideal for two couple or a small family.

Cons: The bathroom could do with an update.

Pros: The location was great. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and the closest metro was only a short walk away. The apartment itself was very tidy and spacious for my family and I.

location is very good

Pros: In a very central location close to the Spanish Steps. Within walking distance to most places to visit. There are many cafes, bars and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. It is easy to enter and exit the facility. Even though we arrived early, we were able to enter the house. this is very good.

Cons: The apartment is on the upper floors and the stairs are steep and narrow. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I think it needs renovation. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen. There could have been at least welcome coffee or tea in the kitchen. The sugar packets looked like they were collected from cafes. old and sticky. We didn't want to use it. Heating is done with air conditioning.
