Pros: The place was nice and comfortable, very good position. You can find everything you need, from kitchen tools to towels and hair dryer. Also very clean. Very close to markets. The restaurant from downstairs was great, with very good food and nice personel.

Cons: We spoke before about early check in but when we arrived, with 1 hour before normal check in hour, we couldn't access the apartment. The host was nice enough to give us access but only after I wrote to him again. Also, on the day of our departure we asked of we could leave the luggage for 2-3 hours and it wasn't possible. Also, we had some problems with our internet connection.

Pros: Good communication with the owner ahead of and during stay. Room was quiet. Restaurant downstairs is all you need for a very nice and authentic italian food experience. Close to metro-station.

A most beautiful holiday in Rome

Pros: The location i.s very central, few minutes away from Roma Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Govanni Rotondo As for the apartment it is quite spacious, has everything you need and there are supermarket few metres away. I highly recomend it

Pros: The location was great, the owner was very thoughtful and there were coffee capsels. Also supermarket were near by (3-4 min walking) I didn't use the kitchen so i can't say anything about it

Tilava lomakoti Roomassa

Pros: Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva toimiva kolmio. Kaasuliedellä oli helppo valmistaa ateriat, jos ei huvittanut lähteä ulos. Useita ruokakauppoja lähellä ja muutakin päivittäistavaraa helposti saatavilla. Lämmitys toimi erinomaisesti, tammikuussakin tarkeni vesipattereilla ja ilmalämpöpumpuilla. Tiskeille oli pohjoismainen kuivauskaappi kätevä.

Cons: Veden paine oli pääosan ajasta liian alhainen. Tämä vaikutti boilerin toimintaan. Suihkussa joko paleltui tai korventui. Keittiössä ei pesun aikana voinut avata hanaa eikä pyykkäri saanut olla käynnissä. Tilanteeseen ehkä vaikuttivat talossa meneillään olevat monet äänekkäät remontit. Isännältä ei saanut vesiongelmaan apua, ei myöskään kelvottoman kapselikahvikoneen korjaamiseen tai vaihtamiseen. Kyllästyimme valittamaan ja ostimme oman mokkapannun.

Apartamento muy confortable para estar en familia

Pros: Apartamento con dos habitaciones individuales y con dos aparatos de aire acondicionado que ayudaron a pasar el calor que tuvimos en la época de verano en Roma.

Pros: Άνετο, ασφαλές και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα σε καλή τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά απ τον κεντρικό σταθμό των τρένων και από το Κολοσσαίο και 5 λεπτά από το μετρό. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
