Tiny but Mighty
Pros: Absolutely loved this tiny apartment. It was perfect for my twin and me. The bed was really comfy and most importantly, there was a good sized fridge with a small freezer compartment. The host, Martina, was incredibly helpful. She sent me a video of how to get into the apartment, and how to use the coffee machine, which for an autistic person, is so useful. Other hosts need to take notes. She also sent me a list of places to eat and the location of the nearest supermarket, which is about 2 minutes away. The apartment is between the Monti and Esquilino districts, so it's like living among the locals. It's a ten minute walk from both the Colosseum and the Termini. There are lots of bus stops nearby and it's between two lovely parks. One has the ruins of a nymphaenium, the other has the Trajan baths and the Domus Aurea. I'd definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for what I wanted.

Totally recommend it
Pros: The house is an absolute must if you want to stay near the city centre, it is near metro lines, Roma termini and everything is close. Very beautiful house, everything we needed was near , I would absolutely recommend it to everyone, it’s clean and the lady that has the apartment was very nice she was very helpful, anything we needed she would give us recommendations. It’s affordable and has everything you need very safe and very good. I would definitely go again if I visit Italy at anytime.

A truly wonderful experience
Pros: We absolutely LOVE this place! It's very close to the Roma Termini station and the metro just a stone throw away. The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of recommendations for foods and supermarkets, which is fabulous. The room was very spotless and has everything we need--a fridge, cookware, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, etc. The host also left a lot of pastries for us. Defnitely made our Roman experience unforgettable.

Brilliant stay in a brilliant location
Pros: Very modern and clean with AC (much needed in the summer heat) the check in process was smooth and we were able to store out luggage prior to check in time! Martina ensured to message us telling us all the details we needed to know to access the facilities which was very helpful. Milk, water and snacks available in the apartment which were much appreciated. Brilliant stay in a brilliant location - right next to a metro station and walking distance to the colosseum (a bit further to trevi and pantheon but the walk is lovely so its no problem at all). - also near a lovely cafe: variabile 100% recommend for a trip rome.
Cons: This by no means hindered the trip as it was more funny than annoying, but we struggled with the lock to enter and exit the apartment but this may be due to the fact we don’t regularly use locks like the one in the door!

Pros: Location. We were provided coffee capsules and pastries for the entire duration stay.
Cons: You have to lock the door without light, because there is a special keyhole for electricity, and you can't have it in both keyholes at the same time. There is only one window/door looking into garden which is overlooking the entrance to the building. You have to close it for privacy, but then you don't have alternatives for fresh air.

Magnífico
Pros: Ha sido maravilloso, cerca de termini y del coliseo. Santa María la Mayor a escasos 10 minutos del apartamento. Cristina, nuestra anfitriona, nos explicó todo con detalle, nos tenía agua en la nevera, leche y café con magdalenas para el desayuno. La verdad que volvería sin dudarlo a reservar mi próxima estancia en Roma en este sitio.

Inmejorable estancia en el centro de Roma
Pros: Una experiencia increíble. Apartamento limpio, completamente equipado, todo tipo de detalle de parte de la anfitriona Cristina (café, dulces, te,…). El apartamento tiene una ubicación soñada. A dos minutos a pie del metro, aunque nosotros pasamos 4 días y llegamos andando a todas partes. El coliseo a 15 minutos la fontana a otros 20 caminando. Muy cerca todo. Tiene restaurantes (una pizzeria genial) en la zona y estas a 20 minutos andando o a 2 en metro de la estación Termini. El apartamento es pequeño pero totalmente funcional. Limpio, con secador de pelo, toallas, buena ducha, utensilios de cocina más que suficienes, aire acondicionado (frio y caliente) y una cama más que comoda. La atención de Cristina fue espectacular y directa desde el minuto 1. El chek in, la llegada, la atención vía WhatsApp fue inmejorable. Solo puedo decir cosas positivas del trato y la experiencia. Sin duda es un lugar al que volveré y que recomendaré. De verdad, todo impecable.
