Pros: The apartment was immaculate, beds were very comfy and everything looked great. Really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend. Breakfast at Cafe Washington was also great.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay in Roma

Pros: Great location. Comfy double bed. Nice and warm. Spacious and comfortable apartment Handy having two toilets.

Cons: Would have been handy to have an oven or toaster in the property. Toilet roll was a bit unusual but it did the job 🤣

Great apartment with fantastic breakfast included.

Pros: The apartment was huge with smart TVs in every room. Beds were comfy, and there was lots of space for clothes. The location was good, with a 10 min walk to the main train station, and cafe Washington with a free breakfast, which was a huge bonus.

Cons: As the road outside was cobbles, it could get quite noisy at night as cars drove past (earplugs may be needed for light sleepers). The back bedroom didn’t have a curtain so was light in the morning. Also could do with a few more plates and cups in the kitchen.

Cons: Coffee maker but no coffee. Nowhere to hang clothes in the bedrooms.

We loved our stay here. Excellent facilities, very comfortable & lovely breakfast.

Pros: It was equipped with everything you could need, even a printer.

Cons: Some road noise but this is to be expected in the centre of Rome.

Pros: Very nice host, large comfortable apartment, close to Termini and city centre.

Cons: No Coffee capsules in the flat, but breakfast in the host's café was included, so it's no big deal.

We had a great week and will be back. Highly recommend.

Pros: We had a fabulous week in Washington Townhouse. The place was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Nice to have a place to sit and relax in with very comfy chair/couch. Lots of lovely eateries nearby and within walking distance of the main sites. Beautifully appointed. Some noise from the street but it didn’t keep me awake. Highly recommend this place and hopefully will return soon. The breakfast in Caffe Washington was great too. Loved the omelettes. Staff very nice and pleasant without being pushy .

Cons: There was nothing to dislike but a grab rail in the shower would help with my fear of falling. Probably not an issue for most. Maybe a toaster in the kitchen as well. Minor details.
