Nice bohemian apartment with a view.

Pros: Bohemian apartment, very personal and cosy. Nice view from corner room. Light and sonny. Everything you need for cooking. Perfect for winter (and spring and autumn). Close to metro station and very good supermarket (Conad). Perfect for two-three persons.

Cons: Two small bathrooms. Very small lift to 5th floor. For elderly people not a good choice. A bit messy (lots of stuff).

Pros: The place is conveniently located at the heart of Rome, accessible to shops and restaurants, churches, and a nearby park. I like the choice of cooking at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. I also did not worry about getting home after dark as we felt safe. I also like to thank Laura for being very accommodating.

Pros: Thank you to Laura, a very helpful and caring host, and her son. The location of the house is very central and good. Most importantly, it is within walking distance of Roma Termini and close to everywhere. The house facilities are quite good and have everything a family needs

Cons: İ dont like the elevator becoz it too small and only just 2 people.

I would come back to this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very cosy. You fell as if you are in the home of a person who has just stepped out for a moment. It has a very special atmosphere. There is anything you might need to spend a lovely time there. The kitchen is vell equipped. Only the showers need renovation so that you do not have to use curtains which are not what people like. The main bedroom is very comfortable and peaceful. The second one is for people who do not have problems with noise outside. The location is wonderful. All main attractions are within a walking distance.

Cons: -A small advice:-the owner knew we came for Christmas so it would be great to have some small Christmas decoration. -It is time for showers renovation. -The pricelist of arrival after 7pm (30EUR) and 10pm (50EUR) should be clearly stated in the booking rules

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was great, a lot of space for such a central location. The location of the apartment is great, 15 min walk to the Colloseum and 15 min walk to the Termini station. Loads of good places to eat around the apartment and supermarkets 5 min walk as well.

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Lovely stay în Rome. Beautiful, moderate and functional, this apartment reflects the owner attention to details and his personality. The apartment is clean and bright, very well equipped and very well located for all the main attractions and to public transport. Laura was very friendly and customer focused, very generously, accomodative and responsive. We highly recommend this appartment!

A charming apartment in great location

Pros: The location was outstanding and the property owner was extremely helpful. Nearby restaurants and easy access to public transportation made this a great stay. The nearby park had tons of events and was a popular locale. The apartment was very cute, full of light, and had all of the needed supplies for a great stay.

Cons: The only single negative I can think of is that there was no air conditioning for a heat wave in Rome. However, we knew that going into the reservation and the large windows and multiple fans helped us stay comfortable.
