Great holiday

Pros: The location was perfect. The metro station is 5 mins away. In the morning we used to go out for a walk and the smell of rich coffee fills your lungs. Little cafes great for having a quick breakfast and coffee before your day starts. Restaurants were very near as well with good Italian food. Host was very friendly

Great place! Definitely coming back.

Pros: The location, the coffeemachine, the availability of cold and sparkling water, the clean rooms and of course the very kind and helpful Alessandro.

Cons: If there is one thing that was maybe a bit less, was the shower. It takes long to get hot water and pressure is low. However the rest of the facilities more than make up for that!

We felt at home away from home!

Pros: Very close to public transport and metro that take you everywhere in Rome in no time. Very close to the Circo Massimo and the Colosseum. We were warmly welcomed. Our stay was comfortable and very much up to scratch.

The basics you need at the right price

Pros: The basics you need after a hard day's 'Rome-ing'. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom, plus thoughtful touches like a tray of biscuit/pastry things. And as mentioned by others, the coffee and water machines in the reception area are a winner. The hosts are warm and welcoming.

Perfect stay with the friendliest people!

Pros: Perfect location with the nicest people! We arrived at night in the dark. The host sent us a detailed video explaining how to access the property. This proved to be extremely helpful. We enjoyed the coffee machine, but didn’t get to use the adorable patio due to the weather. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Location Location!

Pros: Very convenient and beautiful location, close to Metro station and Colosseum. Helpful instructions given to access from airport via Leonardo Express to Metro B. Comfortable room. Safe and secure for my son and I. Shared kitchenette facilities with microwave, coffee machine, water provided.

Cons: Shower didn't have very good water pressure but that may have been common in the area with older buildings. Room safe wasn't working.
