Spacious apartment close to Termini

Pros: Bedrooms were huge with lots of storage space and coat hangers. Washing machine in the property was handy too.

Cons: The water in the kitchen runs very slowly.

Great digs & will certainly recommend to others.

Pros: Pictures on Booking.com don’t do it justice. 2 large double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a large kitchen, lounge area with cable tv. It was above & beyond what we as a small group really needed but after a long 3 day x 240 mile cycle ride it was the perfect 3 day rest stop! Plenty of mini marts for water/juice. Many restaurants & cafes within easy reach for breakfast/lunch/dinner all at a good price.

Cons: Water pressure was low in kitchen (minor issue) & toilet flushing was a bit will it, won’t it🤷🏻‍♂️. They both did albeit a bit slow!

Pros: We had a fantastic family stay. The apartment was spacious, with three large bedrooms, and offered great value for its central location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining spots. Its proximity to the train station and a short walk to the Colosseum made getting around easy. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful addition of umbrellas came in handy on a rainy day. The high ratings are well deserved, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Everything was great, the apartment is spacious, the communication with the host was smooth and fast. Overall the quality was good for the price.

Cons: The shower drain hole should be taken care of, its clogged and when taking a shower you stand ankle-deep in water. :)

Great location to walk to all the sights, super bars and restaurants nearby, lovely host

Pros: huge apartment, light, airy and very clean. The location was fantastic, 10 mins walk from the colosseum, 20 mins walk to the pantheon, 30 mins to the vatican. So many very good breakfast bars and excellent restaurants within 5 mins. And they ordered a taxi for us for our return to the airport.

Cons: it didn't matter to us but because you are on a main road there is some noise at night, but you are in the heart of Rome and the city is always lively !

Pros: Great location, just 10min walk from Train Station and Colliseum. Plenty of room for the family, with full fridge freezer and washing machine. Nice and clean, and the welcome from Sandro on arrival was amazing!

Pros: Great location, short walk to the Colosseum and other sights. The host was wonderful.

Cons: The bathroom felt like it could be a little more clean.

Great location and spacious apartment - would stay there again

Pros: The rooms are big and spacious. The location is perfect for the train and bus station and close to the Colloseum. Chiara was there to meet us and very helpful.

Cons: Be aware that the air con is from mobile units so noisier than usual. Effective enough even in August though.
