Great Location, Nice flat!

Pros: Great location, clear instructions, large flat and clean. The kitchen was great! The host was super attentive.

Cons: The shower wasn't powerful and felt a bit weak.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at L’Olimpo di Estia.. the beds were really comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. Amazing location, lovely bathroom and kitchen. There was some general wear and tear but the property was very clean and it felt very homely. Thank you to the hosts!

The best apartment we stayed in on our Italy trip. Great size, facilities and location. Excellent.

Pros: Excellent apartment, in a really good location for us. 10 minutes walk from Rome Termini, 15-20 minutes walk into the centre. Apartment was a good size -two big bedrooms, with a good sofa bed in a large sitting room. Massive TV, excellent WIFI, TV in every room. A small but well equipped kitchen, with kettle; toaster etc. Air con was very efficient. washing machine was good and utilised.

Cons: It was noisy outside. That is not the fault of the apartment, but worth noting. You also got light from within the apartment block (the external stairs) into the 2nd bedroom, which was not great. The bathroom was ok but the the shower head was not working right and the toilet flush a little temperamental. But the people who manage the property, did offer to sort the shower. It was not a massive issue.

It was really easy to acces the flat. The flat is nice clean in a quiet area but close to everything.

Great location, close to colosseum, restaurants, and a delicious gelato place.

Pros: The location of the apartment was close to where we wanted to visit and many restaurants. The building was very clean and the room was beautiful. I loved the exposed beams, all the windows, and the extra towels and blankets provided. The host was great and quick to answer questions. There are ac units in each room which is nice. We didn't need to use them as we opened all the windows to let in a great breeze.

Cons: The noise from the street could be loud but we didn't have any trouble sleeping after walking all day. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment so make sure you are prepared for that. It wasn't a problem for us but worth mentioning.
