Excellect value-for-money own Roman home in quiet but logistically ideal location

Pros: This is absolute purple-coloured gem in the heart of Rome. Casa Julia is a lovely home within 3 minutes from Cavour metro station and 12 minutes walk from Termini station. It has all the required in-house facilities for cooking and also for training (there is also your own gym included on a lower floor). Many thanks to the owner Matteo who provided extra TV-facilities. Excellent wi-fi connection, and music box. Very quiet and safe small secret street (very important and rare thing in Rome!) Efficient on-demand heating when required. There is also good supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Casa is ideal for exploring historical Rome and is also perfect for long-stays in Rome, as you can easily save extra euros with own cooking and spend less time on getting to the sights. San Pietro in Vincoli, Colosseo and access to the Forum, Domus Aurea, Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Prassede, Santa Pudenziana are all located within several minutes’ away.

Tolle Wohnung um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Pros: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Metrostation Cavour ist gleich um die Ecke, und in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man braucht, inklusive einer bequemen Matratze. Obwohl das Gebäude etwas hellhörig ist, war es insgesamt ruhig, da die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße zur Hauptstraße liegt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Restauranttipps erhalten, außerdem Unterstützung und Empfehlungen für die Abreise. Auch die Schlüsselabgabe verlief völlig unkompliziert, selbst bei unserer Abreise mitten in der Nacht hat alles problemlos geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons: Insgesamt hat uns alles gefallen.

Rewelacyjna miejscówka i gospodarz

Pros: Apartament bardzo czysty i ładny. Niesamowita gościnność gospodarza i wsparcie na każdym kroku. Matteo bardzo szybko i profesjonalnie odpowiadał na każde nasze zapytania, podpowiadał gdzie i co kupić, gdzie iść na śniadanie, gdzie kupić dobre włoskie wino, itp. Widać było, że gospodarzowi zależy na tym byśmy bardzo dobrze wspominali pobyt w jego apartamencie. Polecam Casa JULIA

Cons: Słaby zasięg GSM. Ale za to Wi-Fi działało bez problemów

Pros: Casa situata in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Cavour, in una via silenziosa ma vicinissima a rione Monti. Arredata con gusto e spaziosa. Una vera chicca nel cuore di Roma
