Great location, excellent friendly customer service

Pros: Location was fantastic - walking distance to everything - main transport stations, Colliseum, Basilica, etc. The host, the customer service was excellent - very fast, very friendly, very helpfull with everything - even got useful links to closest shops, good pizerrias, gelaterias, etc. Easy to checkin, you feel very safe there because of many locks on doors and the locking outer doors.

Cons: Old building, ground floor with very small windows to the inner tiny 1 meter wide yard with almost no natural sunlight, so the light had to be on even in the middle of day. The appartment could use some renovations. Kitchen was very tiny, poorly equipped, so it wasnt easy to prepare food in it.

A great value stay in central Rome.

Pros: The studio was very clean. Location was great. Proximity to Santa Maria M and the station made it even more so. The facilities were very good - there was everything needed for a short stay. It was very cosy. The coffee pods and tea making facilities were a nice touch. The host was flexible, communicative and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more. Would stay again.

Cons: The only downside, in my opinion, is the sitting accommodation or lack of - a more comfortable seating area for rainy days and down time would be a great modification.

Pros: The apartment was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of information about using the facilities and it was quiet so we slept well. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent as we were only 10 minutes walk from the train station

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome!

Pros: We had an amazing stay in the city of Rome! This property is in the best location to explore the city and we would stay again when we come back to Rome. The bed was comfortable and aircon was modern and worked very well! There was also a clothes washing machine which was so helpful for us as we were a few weeks into the trip so could freshen up our clothes! The location is amazing in central access to everything while also tucked away in a back street so it's quiet. You walk past and live amongst the attractions without even \

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely stay, right in the city center with very good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need and it’s well equipped as it is clean. The bed and pillows are great. We will definitely be back. And great host, always available and willing to help at anytime.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic – very clean and in a perfect location, just a 7-minute walk from Termini Station and around 15 minutes from the Colosseum. It’s also close to several metro stations, which made getting around the city super easy. We found the place easily and had no issues with access. Dario was extremely helpful and friendly – he provided us with lots of useful information for our stay in Rome and was always available if we had any questions. Great value for money overall. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Its every sightseeing is very close to the apartment.

Cons: Its little bit noise neighbors.
