Great location

Pros: Good location in heart of Monti15min walk to Collisseum and Trevi fountain.the owner gave zs coupons for breakfast in nearby restaurant

Perfect!

Pros: Semi was a fantastic host and showed us 110% Roman civility, a great guy! We had vouchers for the bar on the street by our entrance for our breakfast and these guys were great too! The apartment was comfy, warm and all 4 of us managed a decent shower every morning. Location is superb for site seeing and dining nearby was plentiful and good. All in all a big thumbs up!

Cons: Maybe if the shower head was a bit smaller, other than that no complaints.

A perfect stay in the heart of Rome

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Monti. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of one of Rome’s most charming neighbourhoods, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafés, and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. Semi, our host, was exceptional: friendly, caring, and kind, and always available to help. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and very well equipped. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, including chargers, plenty of towels, a hot shower with shampoo, and a convenient mini kitchen. The welcome touches were charming, a bottle of wine and a cake waiting for us on arrival. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. We would happily stay here again.

Generous sized apartment in Monti a great location with local vibe

Pros: The host has thought of everything you might need during your stay such as recharging station, Netflix - an English language account, washing machine - drying rack - detergent, coffee pods for the machine, some games if you are travelling with kids, and an Italian guide book.A lovely arrival pack of wine and biscuits was gifted. Plus breakfast coupons to pick up a coffee and croissant from a local shop next door. The apartment was easy to find and walkable from the station. It also has a lift. The host was readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Thank you Semi for a wonderful stay.

A home from home in Roma.

Pros: A neat, tidy and clean apartment in a brilliant area for all facilities. Metro is nearby as were the classic sites to visit. We had many nice meals including a breakfast nearby and the many restaurants and cafes along Via Urbana were just a stroll away. Our host was wonderful and provided everything we needed and asked about. He is exceptional as is the apartment. Grazie.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The apartment is located in an old tenement building, on the second floor, but there's an elevator. There was no heating in November, but every room has air conditioning. We found everything we needed inside. The property has a fantastic location, close to major tourist attractions. We walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. A supermarket near the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is a few hundred meters away. Metro line B is a few minutes away, and metro line A is about 10 minutes. It will take you to Piazza di Popolo or the Vatican. What surprised us most was the host's willingness to help and his availability, even in the late Saturday evening.

Excellent location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was great for easy access to Metro station and sight seeing. Host was excellent and we loved the breakfast vouchers and welcome treats & wine. Recommended.

Cons: Shower is small with low pressure and short supply of hot water.

Pros: We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The room was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent – quiet, yet very close to the main points of interest. What really made the difference, though, was the host: friendly, available, and always willing to help. We truly felt welcomed. We would definitely choose this place again without a second thought.

Just Perfect!

Pros: The location is fantastic & the host is exceptional. Semi was so useful & always available. The location is full of authentic food, cafes & bars. Loved it.
