Fantastic, safe and convenient location, great apartment

Pros: Great little apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to colosseum and termini(10mins) and surrounded with great cafes and restaurants, although still in a quiet, safe area. The apartment had everything we needed (except a toaster) and we really enjoyed our stay. Great base for a busy Rome visit. Manuela had great communication with us around our arrival and departure, and was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat, and how to walk everywhere. The apartment was also very clean (dated, but felt homely) and we loved staying there.

Cons: The sofa bed was rock hard. But we contacted the landlord and he added a topper within hours of us contacting him, which fixed the problem.

Pros: The location is fantastic. We were within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Colleseum and the Basilica St Maria Magore. There are a number of local restaurants for alfresco dining and markets for food etc.

Cons: We had to climb two flights of stairs with the suitcases. Whilst there is an elevator on the property it wasn't available for our use see

Pros: The lady who greeted us, Manuela, is an absolutely amazing person. Patient, helpful and kind. The apartment is clean and the location is perfect, relatively close to all the sights of Rome. It is close to a supermarket and to a few restaurants. We would recommend it to anyone for a short stay.

Cons: The dishes available are a bit used up and rusty, could be changed. The coffee machine on the pictures is not what was actually in the apartment. Overall, the apartment could do with a little brush up, but it is acceptable.

Great experience !

Pros: Thad a wondertul stay at La Casa sul Cortile. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and perfect for resting after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my time there. Its location near Termini and close to the city center attractions made it incredibly convenient. Thank you to the host for such a great experience!

Pros: Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped apartment. Close to the metro (5 min to Cavour, 10 min to Termini). The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk away. A market for all essentials is about 150m away. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Rome in comfort with a homey feel.

Pros: L'appuntamento si trova in un posto molto comodo per visitare la città a piedi !

Buena ubicación

Pros: Buena localización y buen barrio El apartamento está bien para dos personas, ya que el sofá cama es bastante incómodo y tuvimos que turnarnos para dormir en el. El precio alto para lo que es, pero está todo Roma igual. Si lo recomiendo!

Pros: La posizione, il confort dell'alloggio, la disponibilità dello staff ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta.

Cons: L'assenza del bidet, il divano letto meno comodo del letto matrimoniale.

Great Location!

Pros: Great Location! Slept very well. Feels like home. A/C when faced to the bedroom door keeps both rooms nice. Had everything we needed for 4 days. Some stairs but not a lot.

Cons: Internet a little slow for streaming. My T mobile worked here.
