Wonderful place to explore rome

Pros: Rosa is a wonderful host. The appartment is well equipped and it is quiet. It is in a nice area with restaurants, shops etc. Many interesting places are within walking distance. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed it. We will come back!

Home from home in the heart of Rome

Pros: Rosa met us at the apartment building as she lives next door - she took us through her guest book and gave us restaurant tips and also tips for the bus to get back to the airport rather than bus and train that we'd planed on getting The apartment is in a brilliant location - 5-10 mins walk to the Vatican, 25 mins walk to Trastavere , about 10 mins walk to Pizza Navone and the Pantheon. The street itself was a narrow lane which was quiet The apartment was lovely - spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy , I was tempted to ask where Rosa had bought it There were lots of nice little touches, a bottle of wine, chocolates, fruit, some breakfast things, a coffee machine with pods. We both felt very at home there. It didn't feel like a holiday rental - it felt like a home I've already recommended the apartment to a few friends

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was having to leave after 3 nights!

The most beautiful place and the best host!

Pros: You simply must stay here! The owner, Rosa, a retired English teacher, is the loveliest host you could find. She told us everything we needed to know about Rome, gave us notes on what to see and where to eat out, and she left the fridge full of snacks, water and wine for us (all complimentary!) and gave us a bottle of Limoncino (as it was both our birthday). The apartment, which is located on the 3rd floor of an XVI century apartment building in the centre of Rome, is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. The kitchen has everything you may need (including spices, olive oil, etc). Walking distance to both Vatican and Colosseum and other important places. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to Rome. Thank you, Rosa!

We had an amazing time. My 85 year old mother in law and me.

Pros: Everything. Rosa had done everything to make it a special place. Little extra touches which went a long way. She even gave my MIL a birthday present. The lane/street downstairs had lovely restaurants too.

Pros: Everything! This apartment is a real gem in the heart of beautiful Rome. Rosa was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. She is a true inspiration and hostess. The apartment is perfect in every way. Super clean, comfy bed and air con was just right. Loads of helpful information from Rosa of where to eat & what to see. Her welcome foods were fabulous. We would definitely stay again (this will not be our last trip to Rome! Too much to see!) We would highly recommend.

Great location, great host, really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Location was great with a secure entrance and a lift. Lots of gorgeous restaurants nearby and just a few minutes to the Palazzo Navona so it was very central. Our host - Rosa - was adorable and took great care of us. Bed was very comfortable and we felt it was excellent value for money.

Cons: If there had been a washing machine in the apartment that would have been a welcome bonus.
