Nice small apartment in a great location
Pros: Nice small apartment very well located with great restaurants on the doorstep
Cons: The only issue we had were the slats on one of the bed supports would slip off causing the mattress to sink down.

Pros: It's a nice apartment, with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Clean and roomy for 5/6 people. It is positioned in a superb location right near everything. You can go all the main attractions with walking distance. A super friendly and nice owner, she told me literally everything we needed to know from how to enter to a booklet with suggestions where to visit and emergency places, and restaurants where to eat. Would strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to Rome and stay in the middle of the city
Cons: It only have stairs to go to the upper levels.

Comfortable apartment with good location
Pros: The location is good, walking distance to Piazza Navona. Taxi only took us to the main road and there is 5 minute walk from there and 1 floor up of stairs (we travelled light with trollies so it was ok). The apartment was very clean, with white clean linens and towels. The host allowed us to put the language in the apartment early on the day of arrival which was much appreciated. There is a nearby locker facility if needed (1Euro per hour in the laundry store), near by supermarket, and a cool bike rental. The apartment has a dishwasher and a small fridge (no freezer), which was excellent for our quick breakfast in the patio. Air conditioning was excellent (one for each bedroom and one for the living room). One of the kids slept on the sofa bed which was good quality.

Great flat in great location with an attentive owner who answered any queries we had instantly. We wouldn’t hesitate to
Pros: The property was in a brilliant location with lots of small bars and restaurants in the street. It was central to walk to lots of Rome’s sights and attractions and if going to further away attractions there was a bus stop in the next street. The property was comfortable and well equipped and spacious. Avoid the supermarket in the street as prices are over inflated. A short walk through the side street takes you to a small local Carrefour with everything you will need and reasonably priced. Lovely small deli at back of shop. The church in the street is very much worth a visit with beautiful ornate features inside. Any issues we had Claudia was only too happy to help. We actually loved the street overall especially the small kerbside bar a few doors away with the lovely owner who was so attentive every time we had a drink before entering out for the evening.
Cons: Although advertised with outside space in the form of a small terrace it literally was a small balcony where one person could stand or somewhere to dry your clothes. I had established that with Claudia on booking but didn’t realise how small. We had no toaster to make breakfast on our first morning so was unable to make breakfast but a message to Claudia rectified that and a toaster was delivered that day. The flat could benefit from a small oven to maybe heat things up and instructions for the hob as we could not get it to heat up. Instructions for hob, washing machine and dishwasher would have been good.

Cute, Quiet and Relaxing
Pros: We liked the location within the city. The apartment was impeccably clean. The layout was good. We were very happy to have a washing machine and.loved the towel dryer. The patio/outside sitting area was a great bonus and had chairs enough for the 6 of us. The artwork in the kitchen is cute. It was great to have our bed in the entranceway made up.
Cons: We couldn't find a cutting board. Some of the kitchen tools were missing or damaged.
