Absolutely stunning apartments!
Pros: I liked absolutely everything about this apartment! It looks just like in the photo. Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. Good Wi-Fi, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Everything works, everything is clean. Lots of different dishes and glasses. There is drinking water from the tap. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean. The bathroom is also sterile, there is a supply of toilet paper, the only thing is that there were no paper towels / napkins in the kitchen, but this is not critical. Gorgeous balcony! And convenient location (the nearest metro station is 12 minutes walk away), many shops nearby. And a very attentive and hospitable administrator Beatrice - a huge thanks to her :)

A beautiful, renovated, decorated, comfortable apartment with amazing service
Pros: Apartment renovated as new, very well designed and comfortable. Francesca who hosted me provided me with high level service and welcomed me to the apartment. Perfect apartment for a couple, cozy and has everything!!
Cons: The apartment is not within walking distance of the tourist spots in the city. Which didn't bother me at all. There is public transportation near the apartment and Uber

Wonderful property and wonderful host :
Pros: This is awesome place to stay in Rome Nice neighbourhood , close to all visiting areas of Rome and well connected . Size of living area , kitchen and washroom and storage space was excellent . Strongly suggest this apartment .Our host went an extra mile to accommodate our needs . She was very kind and hospitable .
Cons: Nothing as such . Apartment met every requirement of ours .

Pros: La casa è accogliente, con un design industrial ben curato e un arredamento che fa la sua figura. Il balcone è comodo per stare all’aria aperta senza dover uscire di casa. La cucina è molto attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare in autonomia.
Cons: Tutto è andato bene con la struttura.

Pros: L'appartamento è ampio, accogliente, luminoso, curato, in ottime condizioni, un terrazzino ben arredato. Cucina con ottimi elettrodomestici, molto carina. Due grandi televisori, in camera da letto, ben isolata, e nell'ampio soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane sentendoci a casa. Zona tranquilla ed accogliente, servizi e mezzi di trasporto vicini.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Δεν συναντήσαμε κάποιον, το διαχειρίζεται εταιρεία.
Cons: Ενώ πρόκειται για μία ήσυχη και όμορφη περιοχή, δεν υποστηρίζεται από συγκοινωνίες. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο δεν είναι μεγάλη στο χάρτη, αλλά το λεωφορείο κάνει 45 λεπτά ( περίπου 20 στάσεις) συν 20 λεπτά για να έρθει. Στο τέλος πήραμε ταξί. Να υπολογιστεί ότι είμασταν εκεί τον Αύγουστο που όλοι οι δρόμοι είναι άδειοι αλλά υπήρχαν αμέτρητα φανάρια. Το διαμέρισμα το διαχειρίζεται εταιρεία, δεν έρχεται κάποιος με αποτέλεσμα όποιος δεν είναι εξοικειωμένος με τις εφαρμογές δεν θα μπορέσει να ανοίξει την πόρτα. Επίσης ο φόρος ο οποίος αναφέρεται από το booking ότι πληρώνεται στο κατάλυμα δυστυχώς δεν ισχύει και πρέπει να πληρωθεί πάλι σε εφαρμογή μια μέρα πριν και μετά στέλνεται σύνδεσμος για την είσοδο. Εμείς που είμασταν στην Φλωρεντία, έπρεπε το βράδυ στον περίπατό μας να συμπληρώνουμε ειδική φόρμα για την πληρωμή του φόρου, ενώ είχαμε τα μετρητά. Στο προηγούμενο κατάλυμα πληρώσαμε απευθείας στην οικοδέσποινα.
