Casa Vinia

Pros: Vinia's House was a perfect stay close to every place we wanted to go in Rome. It looks exactly as the pictures, Vinia was very responsive. The best was the shower!

Cons: Air conditioning was very good, we were never cold, a little bit noisy though.

Pros: Host was brilliant , very easy to contact and organised our taxi to and from the airport.

Pros: Fantastic Host. Vinia was bright and bubbly and was a big help. She got us sorted for some admin we needed to attend to. She left the apartment stocked with wine and snacks for us. Good facilities, fantastic location - could walk most places, lots of eating places nd nice shops around. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend 😁

Cons: When you've been travelling around, coming across a washing machine would be good. The laundromat service was €40, so a bit steep for the number of things we had to wash, so washed in the basin instead.

Pros: The apartment is really cosy and spacious for two people. Location is perfect, just few steps from Piazza Navona, in the centre od Rome - you can visit the city by foot which is the best option to feel the athmosfere of italian city. In Casa Vinia there's comfortable large bed, fully equipped kitchen and lots of small utensils which makes your stay more convient - hairdryer, iron, coffe machine etc. We really appreciate cleanliness - everything was super clean. Vini welcomed us with the bottle of prosecco - very kind gesture, especially when you reach the apartment after travelling all day and meet smiling woman with that suprise. The apartment is beautifully decorated. During our stay in February it was quite cold in Rome (at night) and inside the apartment but there's air conditioner/heater which was enough to make the room warm. We truly recommend to stay in Vini's place!

Cons: There's humidity inside and kind of smell of basement but it's typical in tenement building and Vini put and effort to reduce the humidity (there's special air dryer). The apartement is located on the groundfloor so you can hear people going in and out of the building at night/evening, but it's not such a big deal.

Great short stay with an attentive host, who left us a bottle of prosecco and crisps on arrival.

Pros: Fantastic location in quiet street, close to the Piazza Navona. Host met us and let us in 30 mins early!

A week in Rome

Pros: Great location,walking distance to many sights,shopping and good restaurants.Just around the corner from Piazza Navona.Wonderful host who greeted us at the property on our arrival in Rome.A mini market close by for extra supplies.Our host was able to arrange airport pick up from the door on our departure.Lovely amenities.Nice to have so much more space than a hotel room and the ability to shop and cook for ourselves made us feel more like locals.

Cons: Ground floor location can be a little noisy at night with others coming and going through front door.

Pros: Location was excellent easy walk to all of the attractions.

Pros: The room is spacious and the location is perfect, right next to Piazza Navona. The host is friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay in the property.

Cons: The hot water takes some time to heat up.

Pros: Great location! Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly host.

Cons: There is a basement smell in the apartment
