My Piazza Navona Jacuzzi Suite - Top Collection

Pros: Amazing apartment. Really nice and modern. Couldn’t have been a better location, very central to all tourist spots. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, great owners, a few problems

Pros: The owners were great. They were almost always available. The wifi didn't work and they fixed us with an esim. The location is perfect. The size of the apartment is good and the amenities are good.

Cons: We had to buy shower gel because it was very little provided: 2 small bags. The windows are very bad: they don't close perfectly and you hear everything. The floor was pretty dirty. The jacuzzi is really a mid size bathtub with 6 vents. The wifi didn't work for both phones. There was only 1 glass for wine and 2 for prosecco.

Great Rome apartment, in an excellent location

Pros: Clean and tidy apartment in an excellent location for exploring Rome. There are bars, shops and restaurants nearby and it's a short stroll from Piazza Novona. I read mentions of noise in other reviews and this is probably accurate with the windows open, but we didn't notice it at all. The sights of Rome are within easy walking distance. Communication with staff was all via messenger and very good. Would highly recommend.

Overall, excellent value for money

Pros: Communication with host excellent via Whatsapp. Location was brilliant, apartment good and beds really comfy. You are 30 minutes walk away from everything and many attractions are much closer. The restaurant next door was amazing. .

Cons: It would have been better with a midweek change of sheets and towels and extra toilet roll. Quite a lot of noise for the street at night but you are in the middle of a city and the hosts provided ear plugs...I didnt need them...I was so tired from walking around Rome and eating good food I slept like a log...

Rome is an absolute treat in January especially in Jubilee year.

Pros: The location is perfect. It is very close to Piazza Navona (2 min walk) and the Pantheon (5 min walk). The Jacuzzi bath is a great way to relax after long days walking around the beautiful city of Rome.

Cons: It can be quite noisy during the night due to the cobbles outside the apartment and nearby bars. The main noise is from the street cleaners that work during the night throughout Rome. The property provide earplugs to help with this. I found Italian wine worked just as well :-)

Pros: Location! Good and inexpensive restaurants nearby.

Cons: Too much noise coming from the streets. Hard to close windows properly. Bath and shower next to the bed.

Best apartment in Roma!

Pros: Amazing location. There's many fantastic restaurants right outside your door step. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a long day of walking the city. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Cudownie!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja i dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Apartament milusi, czysty - po prostu super :) jedyny mały minusik nie działało WIFI- po kontakcie z gospodarzem dostałam propozycję Internetu za pomocą esim (jednak nie skorzystałam, wystarczył mi prywatny Internet). Ogólnie polecam i dziękuję za gościnę :)

L’emplacement est exceptionnel mais avec les contraintes du centre ville (bruit)

Pros: La localisation idéale L’accueil des hôtes et leurs disponibilités La propreté Les équipements Café et gâteaux pour l’accueil

Cons: Le bruit de la route/rue et des travaux à l’extérieur dans l’immeuble d’en face. N’oubliez pas les bouchons d’oreille (ils devraient être fournis) Les fenêtres de l’appartement pourraient être changées pour plus de confort Le jacuzzi n’est pas non plus exceptionnel c’est une baignoire avec 6 jets d’eau Il manquerait 1 ou 2 serviettes au cas où pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits comme le mien Il manquerait du gel douche et du shampoing car on avait juste 2 échantillons pour 3 jours
