Excellent Location and Quite a quite property.

Pros: The Location is excellent! Very close to main attractions and a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants,nearby mini market,souvenir shops,close to Ottaviano Metro and buses. It is clean and with only 3 rooms which makes the property homey and quiet. The room itself is pretty with a character.The complimentary biscuits,tea and coffee is a great factor! Kitchen and fridge is shared amongst the three rooms but is very neat and tidy. A little sofa to sit down and unwind if you do not want to stay in your room feels like you are home away from home. Most of all,I liked the welcoming and friendly attitude of Simona and her Father.They even managed to find my Camera.❤️🙏.I feel safe and at home staying there as a solo traveller. I will stay there again when back in Rome. Ti amo Roma.❤️🥰.

Cons: I do not find my bed and pillow very comfortable but is good enough to sleep. The shower could have been stronger. The air condition inside the room is not strong enough with the sweltering weather of June.But perhaps it’s just me!

Great place to stay close to Vatican and lots of attractions

Pros: Close to all major tourist spots and on a very quiet street

Pros: The time spent at the apartment was wonderful. Simona was so helpful with messages. Location is fantastic for a 2 min walk to the Vatican front door. Simona’s dad was there every morning. And answered any questions. On the Wednesday it was pouring down. And he even had an umbrella to give each of us. Every detail was catered for.

Cons: I find it hard to be negative about anything with this apartment. But I must say I didn’t realise before booking till I got there. There are three rooms with their own bathroom. But you share the kitchen area. Was fine for our stay as nobody else was there. But if you did expect room and kitchen to yourself. It is shared area.

Visit Rome

Pros: The location, 5 min from the st. Peter basilica. You get what you can see in the pictures, really kind people. They help as they can

Cons: Smal window, but it's not a disadvantage if there is hot outside.

A sure choice!

Pros: Location is excellent with respect to Vatican. Also feels very safe, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Besides that Wifi good, shower water pressure good, comfy bed, kitchen access, coffee/cookies available on site.

Cons: Would have think hard to think of anything...

Well located property at a reasonable price only 3 rooms with a lovely communal area so ideal if traveling with 2 other
