Great location

Pros: Location was good. Walking distance to the centre of Rome. Communication with Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and the area felt safe. Tram stop outside and taxi rank approx 5-10 min walk away.

Cons: Bed was a bit too firm gor my liking.

Pros: Absolutely loved the stay because of the host, assistance provided throughout, location, and very comfortable room

Fantastic Rome stay

Pros: Location to the city attractions superb and only 25mins walk from train station and 5 minutes walk to the colosseum. We loved being so close to this incredible landmark. Bathroom and bedroom spotlessly clean and i mean spotless. All furniture in perfect condition. Communal Kitchen fantastic and immaculate which the owner had fruit readily available. Every-time i whatsapped the owner they helpfully replied even helped me sort a transfer. They also recommended several local fantastic restaurants which we loved. See picture. Staying here made our city break extra special and would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The room is cute and tidy, you can see Colosseo out of the window Host was super friendly and answered every question It was self check in so we could check in at night after a flight There even were sweet treats in the fridge! Definitely a place to stay for reasonable money near Colosseum

Pros: Absolutely beautiful rooms bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful soft bedding. Good size bathroom and room. Decor to a high standard. Bar fridge with drinks and snacks which were free which was a nice touch. Excellent communication with owner before arrival, very helpful. Excellent location 350 meters from metro and Colosseum Would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful from start to finish! A gem!

Pros: Beautifully decorated, clean and complimentary food and drink. The shared kitchen was brilliant to sort breakfast for the kids. It also had still and sparking water on tap. The host was wonderful. Super helpful and very attentive.

Cons: Nothing! It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful. I definitely want to visit again.

Pros: The location was great. It was easy to get there from the airport. The view from the window is amazing to the Colosseum and all the other attractions are just a short walk or bus ride away. The accommodation was very clean, the host was very welcoming and nice, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Fabulous stay! Great location. Would stay again!

Pros: Super close to the colosseum, very clean, a fridge stocked with complementary drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. The host even popped a complementary bottle of Prosecco in the room, as we came to Rome to celebrate my husband’s birthday!

Cons: My double bed was a little too firm for our liking.
