Tullia&Prisca Relais

Pros: Great apartment in a very convenient location—close to all main services and touristic areas, all within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable.

Great stay in Rome

Pros: Very nice hotel in a central location. My room had side view of the Colosseum. Clean and renovated rooms. I was generally pleased and i recommend this hotel.

Cons: The hotel has not a 24/7 reception and the room was insulated but you can here some noises from the outside street.

Awesome Location

Pros: Perfect Location - Collosseo is walkable and public Transport to anywhere in the City is available right in Front of the Building. Room is all you Need for a Stay in Rome.

Cons: TV is a Little difficult to use but well, you‘re in Rome - Go outside.

It was lovely

Pros: Location very good, walking distance to most touristic attractions, clean rooms and nice overall

Cons: I wish it stated before arriving to call the number as there is no reception and everything is done through phone call and virtually

Would definitely stay again

Pros: The room was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Location was good - very close to good restaurants and the colosseum and between 2 metro stations. Very nice bathroom and felt very secure.

Cons: The check in process was confusing but the staff responded to our call quickly.

Exceeded my expectations. Good value for money!

Pros: Good location, clean room and good value for money.

Cons: The shower head was not working properly which made showering a bit of an hassle. Would likely have fixed it had I asked though.

2 days in Rome

Pros: Close to colloseum, shop below and mini bar with soft drinks and comfortable bed and air conditioning which was great given it reached 38 outside. Staff looked after luggage once checked out so we could enjoy the last day and also allowed early check in as room was vacated early.

Cons: Small.bathroom and no coffee facilities

Location and clean accommodation and space inside apartment and amenities offered makes this a very good property to ren

Pros: The space, the facilities and location and that it was daily cleaned and hotel via Booking . com was very helpful and assisted with all my queries promptly. It had hanging and cupboard space and a place to put your suitcase. Air-condition unit. 2pp Nespresso pods each day. Soap and clean towels available. Lift to first floor for luggage. Large and comfortable bed and bedding.

Cons: Bed in living room had plastic cover underneath bedding that makes it warm to sleep on. No kettle. No reception to ask information about public transport and amenities and sites to visit. Website created impression of reception at hotel. Uneven cutlery and too little crockery. Had to ask for extra forks, sharp knife, extra mugs. Had to ask for extra pillows.

Pros: It was such a great pleasure and incredible experience to stay here, in Rate Tullia&Prisca Relais! Awesome place, much mere better than you can seen it in the photo! Two steps away from Coliseum. So kind and pleasant girl works here. And any other small but useful and helpful things which had made our staying fantastic, for example- you can find small kitchen area opens every day nearest you room, with all of the useful stuff. Highly recommended Rate Tullia&Prisca Relais!

Fabulous - I recommend!

Pros: I arrived out of hours and unfortunately I had booked a double when I needed to book a twin. Even though it was out of hours, the hotel arranged for a member of staff to come only a few minutes later, split the bed into two singles and replace the bedding. I was really very impressed. My friend (whom I was travelling with) works for the De Vere hotel chain and he thought it was fabulous value and really very good. I would happily stay there again.
