Coliseum sweet guest house

Very pleasant stay while exploring the city of Rome.

Pros: The bed was superrrrr comfortable! Best night sleep ever! Mini fridge in room was a great addition along with the tv. Very helpful host to guide us to the apartment.

Cons: Didn’t realise the property would’ve shared with other guests including a communal kitchen / living area. Maybe this needs to be a bit more clearer when booking. Rooms very close to each other.

Pros: Clean and close to where we needed to be the colosseum and so on. The owners very helpful.

Modern and clean accommodation handily placed for restaurants and the Colosseum.

Pros: Good size bedroom and luxurious bathroom. Good size HD TV and mini-safe provided. Communal kitchen with coffee machine provided. Overall security was good and the room was nice and quiet at night. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Bed felt lumpy in places and I would have preferred at least one padded chair instead of two wooden ones. The switch for one of the bedside lamps was too far away from the bed.

Pros: 1.Top location - 10minutes walk from Colloseum and metro station (2stops to Termini), minute walk to the bus lines that goes to many landmarks. Good connection from Fiumicino airport (train to Termini +2 stops with metro). Well stocked Supermarket in front of the building. Good choice of food nearby. We like to walk,on many places we went on foot and it is great having in mind that buses may be late. 2. Clean, quite, authentic building 3. Very kind host gave us a map and helped us with public transport to landmarks I am really satisfied, big recommendation! If we come back to Rome, we will definitely choose the same place!

Pros: Very clean, tidy and comfortable. A nice and steady 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Great communication from the hosts.

Was a great time to stay and I highly recommend it to others

Pros: Location close to get around by foot to most of the attractions, close to mini supermarket, bus transportation Very quiet and comfortable location in a nice neighborhood, owners were friendly and communicated with every question we had Even arranged us a taxi with great price to get back to the airport I've chosen this location by others recommendation on the website and was not disappointed Highly recommend

Cons: The floor was not clean , we walked with flip flops not bare foot. I wish there was an iron to use for my clothes

Pros: Amazing place, comfortable, clean with everything you need. Our room had windows to the garden, which made it very quiet, and you could get a good nights sleep. I loved that it was so close to Colosseum, so we could really enjoy the beautiful view of it every time we walked by. Great access to bus and metro.

Cons: I liked everything about the apartment. Self check-in was easy as well with a good instruction of how to do it.

Three night stay

Pros: Our host provided useful directions upon our arrival in Rome & helped us to find the guest house. Coffee given upon arrival with a map & assistance with restaurants. Location excellent with an easy 10 minute walk through a park to the Colosseum. Lift for use for cases to access upper floor living area, use of communal kitchen, with good coffee machine. Safe, secure & quiet \

Clean and great location

Pros: Very easy communication, pleasant stay and responsive hosts. We could leave our luggage in the common area after check out and easily picked up when we left to airport. Location is perfect, just 10 min walk from Colosseum.

Fantastic stay and would highly recommend

Pros: Fantastic location close to the colloseum and transport links. The room was modern, relatively spacious, clean and had great amenities.

Cons: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were late arriving to the accomodation for check-in. The host was annoyed and did make this apparent which was not the most welcoming of starts to our stay. But very helpful and attentive otherwise.
