Pros: Gabriella was very kind helpful showed us around helped about the area she was fantastic. Facilities were good

Cons: Couple plug sockets didnt work in room so had to get a new adaptor the ones at the side of the bed didnt work. Heating was to hot in the room

Comfy house

Pros: My room was very clean and comfy. Gabriella was lovely, teaching me where to go for dinner, shopping, to take the tram and so on. She leaves coffee, tea and milk for breakfast. The house is close to the tram stop (tram nr. 8 to the city center). Easy check-in and check-out. It could not be better!

Cons: Nothing! I just feel like the property is not well described on booking. For example I booked a room \

Pros: There are 5 rooms in the property with a common kitchen, thus making your sojourn more subject to the attitude (noise, cooking) of your neighbours. The nº 8 bus stop is 2 mins. away and brings you to the center in 35 minutes. Some free street parking is available in the area but it might take rounds to find a spot.

Cons: Check out is no later than 10 but you may leave your bags in the common area.

Excellent guest house

Pros: Everything is perfect. The host was lovely and kind, always considered our request. Helped us in any way, happy to stay in this beautiful guest house. Highly recommended, you will not regret. Area is accessible to buses going to metro. House is clean, with AC which very nice during summer, free tea and coffee. Spacious room and toilet.

Pros: The location of the property is great, you can easily reach the city center by tram right in front of it. It’s also very clean and well maintained in terms of hygiene. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming; we really enjoyed meeting them and had a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome it’s a comfortable and lovely place to stay.

Pros: Location near the tram stop with access to Trastevere in 15min, nice neighbourhood, clean house and room, comfortable bed, Everything was like pictured in the listing.

Cons: We had mosquitos in the room even though there was a net. It felt a bit like staying at your auntie's house so there are rules that you need to respect. The bathroom is shared with all the rooms so it's a bit inconvenient, but we found it free most of the time during our stay. Would also to be nice to be able to charge your phone next to the bed without having turn the lights on. Not sure why it worked in thay way. Very Roman style mentality, which for some people can be a bit too straight forward. Again, just something to consider with communicating with your guests who are not used to this.

Pros: The best experience I've ever had. The house is even better than the photos show, clean and well-equipped. The owner was the sweetest lady who helped us with everything and gave us advice. The place is a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around by bus H and tram 8 - which has its last stop in Piazza Venezia. Trastevere station is nearby, from where you can go to Fiumicino airport or vice versa. Thanks Gabriella.
