Modern penthouse with nice rooftop.

Pros: Spacious with a nice modern kitchen and very large rooftop deck. Very nice place in spite of the minor issues mentioned below which if fixed, I would have rated 9’s across the board.

Cons: Needs som me vet minor upkeep: En-suite bathroom shower missing the door so water gets all over the floor. 2nd shower can’t stay so have to hold in your hand while showering. Doorknob to master bedroom loose and came off.
