A good choice for affordable price
Pros: A good apartment that had everything we needed for a very attractive price: a kitchen, a bathroom, an air conditioner, an iron. Even though it is far from center, a tram stop #8 is close and we didn't have any tickets check :). Host was very friendly and helpful, he recommended good places to eat.
Cons: A bed is very noisy with every single move.

Pros: Very easy communication, quick and comfortable self check-in. Giulia is extremely attentive, helpful and available for any questions and recommendations. Gave us great recommendations for transportation and places to eat. Very nice and clean basement apartment. Nice room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything you need. Available coffee machine, hot water jug /coffee and tea/, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There is a sofa bed instead of a bed, but it is relatively comfortable. The area is very calm and pleasant, close to public transport stops. Tram 8 takes you directly to Trastevere and the center. /Piazza Venezia/ in 20/30 min. There are nice places for breakfast, shops and restaurants nearby. We had a nice stay and recommend to everyone.

Pros: The aircon was amazing, host was excellent , even had 2 bottles of water chilling for us in the fridge for when we arrived, communicated fast and easy, sent tips on where to eat and what to do and how to get to the city easily. Getting from Roma termini to the apartment was super easy just 1 straight bus! Apartment located super close to shops and the bed was extremely comfortable and a lovely shower €

Perfect apartment for 5 days of vacation.
Pros: Nice place little far from the centre but you can get into the centre within 30 minutes by bus. Pest part of this accommodation was the owner, who was amazing and always so helpful!! Thank you a lots!💓Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great value for money, friendly owner, I’d absolutely recommend!
Pros: The property is exactly what you’ve been expecting, very clean, great location, overall great value for money. The owner is really kind and helpful, we really felt welcomed, just like when visiting a friend.
Cons: The bed wasn’t too comfortable, but still good for a few nights.

Great apartment in quiet area and helpful host
Pros: Amazing apartment in quiet area away from busy tourist areas. We were supplied with more than what we needed for our stay. Giulia was a great host, great tips and always available via WhatsApp to help with any questions. It is quite far from the centre but we enjoyed the walk through the calmer areas of Rome. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Rome!

Pros: We had everything we needed, the apartment was pretty new, the staff was friendly and helpful and check in and out was easy. Neighbourhood was very calm and peaceful.
Cons: Location was maybe a bit far away from center but there were good bus connections nearby, so all ok.

Pros: Location was excellent. You can reach city center in 30 minutes, train to airport also very close. Renovated apartment and there was everything what we needed, nothing was lacking. Veryy comfortable. Our host was very helpful and on our arrival day, although we arrived very late, i found it very nice that Guilia was in contact constantly.
Cons: There is nothing negativ to say.
