Nice residential area of Rome

Pros: Nicely located area very safe, served by bus to central Rome. Property is spacious and with a little balcony. There are 2 set of stairs to go up and no lift. Small kitchen organised for your break fast or quick meal. Very quiet apartment noise and with air conditioning

Pros: Everything was clean, two AC units, nice location, early check in was possible

Cons: Something we saw in other apartments and would also appreciate it here, coffee and wine opener 😊 Otherwise, we liked and everything and would again choose this place

Pros: We had a very good stay in this place. It is located in a very good, quiet area, close to the city center (20 min via tram or bus) , with nice cafes and good pizzerias nearby.

Cons: The building (not the apartment) could have been cleaner. The building doesn’t have elevator so you have to go with the stairs for 2,5 floors.

Great location and super comfortable for 2 people

Pros: The location was really good. The bed in bedroom was really comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons: The bed in living room was not best. Quite old and uncomfortable to sleep. Would rate it 10 for 2 people stay.

Pros: Great place. Very comfortable and clean. It is not central, but very well communicated and due to location there is a lot non-touristic, great restaurants. Communication with host is fast and smooth.

Pros: The apartment is super))) Everything you need for life is there. Especially the air conditioners, they save. Marco and Francesca made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible! We recommended!!!!

Cons: Everything is great! we left the corkscrew for an evening glass of wine)

Pros: I liked everything very much. Comfortable apartment, has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. There is a very tasty restaurant and a good pizzeria near the house. There is a transport stop nearby, 20 minutes by tram to the main attractions. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
