Pros: comfortable apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Cons: quite far from the city center if you travel by public transport. Be prepared to spend about an hour traveling to/from the city center

Pros: Easy automatic check-in. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and felt safe. Beds were very comfortable. There were lots of utensils in the kitchen, although we didn't use them. There is a coffee shop just in the corner. Remember to bring the city taxes in cash to be left in the apartment.

Cons: There was no proper soap but a very very very diluted one; it was almost just water with some bubbles of soap. No shampoo, no body wash. We believe this is basic and should be included in every accommodation. We would have also appreciated to have received the details for wifi beforehand or to be some written indications inside the apartment, but there was nothing. It is true that we didn't ask for them because we could manage with our own internet data, but it's comfortable to have it handy. It usually took us at least 40 minutes by bus to get to the tourist points everyday, but the different bus stops were reasonably close (one of them just on the corner). We still believe it is a good place for a nice stay in Rome and those small details are easy to improve.

Pros: Appartamento grande, accessoriato, con cucina. La posizione è ottima, con la fermata del tram 8 vicina e tanta disponibilità di servizi praticamente sotto casa.

Excellent stay

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood very safe and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and salons also very accessible to catch the bus to go to the center of Roam I absolutely loved it. It was my first time in Italy and if I were to return I would definitely return there

Pros: No apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa, bem decorado e cozinha com tudo o que você precisa e tem a cama super confortável e Matteo além de tudo um host muito simpático

Cons: Občas trvalo, než se napustí teplá voda, ale nebylo to nic, co by se nedalo vydržet.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sauber , gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Sie war sogar schön dekoriert und geschmückt mit Bildern, die der Besitzer selbst kreiert hat. Im Wohnzimmerregal standen wunderbare Bücher, die vom historischen Interesse des Besitzers zeugen. Das Bett war hervorragend. Es war 1,80 m breit und hatte eine durchgehende feste Matratze , auf der wir sehr gut liegen und schlafen konnten. Matteo ,der Eigentümer, war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt und ich wünsche ihm alles Gute.
