Excellent stay and would recommend.

Pros: Close to amenities and metro. Had everything you needed. Secure property.

Cons: No air conditioning in bedrooms

Pros: Unbeatable Location with Stunning Views I had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the metro, making it easy to explore the entire city. The Colosseum and San Giovanni Basilica are within walking distance! The apartment itself is clean, stylish, comfortable and with an amazing view. Waking up to a panoramic view of Rome every morning was absolutely unforgettable! The host was helpful and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Pros: Daniel and Andreas were very helpful and acted immediately to solve a washing machine issue. Proximity to METRO station.

Cons: Long walking to places of interest. METRO was always necessary.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome

Pros: We were met on arrival and shown the layout of the Penthouse. It was really well equipped and very comfortable. The host was very friendly. We were about 2 minutes walk away from a Linea A metro and 1 minute from the Supermarket. There are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. The property was very clean and comfortable and, as we were 2 couples we valued having 2 bathrooms available.

Agréable

Pros: Emplacement proche du métro et des différents activités culturelles et du entre de Rome. Appartement grand et adapté aux familles. Quelques attentions pour les locataires comme du Proseco et des fruits ainsi que du café à disposition. Ascenseur indispensable pour le 9ème étage. Chambres séparées et vue agréable sur Rome.

Cons: Insonorisation avec les appartements voisins à revoir. Eau chaude avec des variations de températures et chauffages qui pourraient chauffer plus (à purger).

Pros: El anfitrión fue muy amable. Nos permitió hacer early check in y el check out mas tarde de la hora. Asi mismo nos dejo algún detalle de bienvenida. Fue fácil contactar con el anfitrion para recogida de llaves y dudas. El apartamento esta cerca del metro y cerca de un supermercado. Es un buen sitio para visitar Roma. Los servicios de la habitacion wifi, servicio de tv etc.. estan bien

Apartamento moderno e bem localizado

Pros: Apartamento lindo, moderno e super espaçoso. A localização é ótima, com mercado e metrô nas proximidades. A vista é de tirar o fôlego! Adoramos que os hosts deixam mimos :)

Cons: Por ser na cobertura, entram MUITOS mosquitos pela ventilação do banheiro. Não adianta fechar a janela, foi insuportável o tanto de mosquitos que precisávamos matar toda noite antes de dormir. Além disso, o cheiro de esgoto estava voltando pelo ralo da banheira, tornando muito difícil o uso do banheiro (sem ser da suíte). Além disso, a limpeza era boa apenas superficialmente… Deixei cair algo perto da cama e quando fui abaixar pra pegar, vi que embaixo estava podre de sujeira, como se varressem tudo pra baixo rs Mas no geral, estava tudo certo.

Cons: niestety sa komary moze nie w jakiejs uciazliwej ilosci ale sa Moze moskitiera?

Pros: Vybavení a nabídka odpovídá fotografiím. Apartmá se nachází v devátém poschodí. Výhodou byly dvě koupelny. Překvapením byl dáreček. Nabízel se nám krásný výhled na město. Personál byl ochoten vždy pomoci.

Super Wohnung, fantastischer Ausblick und U-Bahn Nähe

Pros: Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt und super Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage, mit Nähe zur U-Bahn und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Würde es wieder buchen!
