Very good hotel
Pros: I had a good stay, the room was very clean, check in was as smooth as possible. I particularly liked the no keys feature. The hotel accommodated all of my requests, and we've got the room that fits our expectations. Location is perfect as well, we could reach everywhere in 20 min.
Cons: The Wi-Fi in our room was really bad, almost non-existent, however it didn't affect our stay much. And I would highlight that the level of noise from the nearby road was quite high, but the hotel provides earplugs, and my friend didn't find it too bad.

Very pleasant weeks stay in Rome
Pros: Very clean and comfortable in close proximity to local cafes restaurants. Reasonable walking distance to Vatican, Pantheon and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Perfect and comfortable.
Pros: The property is located in a very nice building in the city center, only few minutes away from Piazza Navona. The room is very clean and has anything one may need, including an ac, safe, kettle, coffee machine. Every day they refilled everything, including water bottles which was very nice. But what I like the most about Gonfalone is the people, everyone was incredibly nice and answered all the questions we had, before and during the stay. We were arriving late and they organized our check-in and arrival very smoothly. This is a truly wonderful place to stay.

Pros: Apartment on the ground floor. Two spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No fuss with keys, but easy access with codes. Handy if you check in or out after office hours. The staff is more than friendly. On walking distance of Trastevere.

Pros: Gondalone 6 is located in a perfect area next to beautiful Via Giulia. All main sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The room and bathroom was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The ladies at the reception were extremely helpful giving out restaurant recommendations, directions and organizing a driver who picked us up at the airport. We can fully recommend Gonfalone 6 and we will definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing, our stay was just perfect!

In summary, our stay was overwhelmingly positive.
Pros: The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean (with daily room cleaning and fresh towels), and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless. We also appreciated that two bottles of water were provided each day. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone at reception was so welcoming and helpful.
Cons: We did note that personal amenities like toothbrushes/toothpaste were not provided. Furthermore, while our used shower cap was disposed of during cleaning, it wasn't replaced with a new one.

A perfect stay with friendly staff, a fantastic location, spotless rooms, and the added joy of being greeted by the gorg
Pros: Our stay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, they were not only exceptionally helpful with recommendations and arrangements but also genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location could not have been better, with major sights just a short walk away and a wonderful choice of wine bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Everything about the hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces, which were impeccably maintained. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
Cons: Nothing. It was excellent.

Perfect for Tourists!
Pros: Excellent location- if you are comfortable walking 30 minutes one way, you won't need to rely on public transport for majority of Rome's attractions. In addition, there are a ton of restaurants, cafes, attractions and shops within a 5-10 minute walk radius. Courteous Staff- Everyone was very kind, very polite and eager to help. We requested for them to keep our luggage for a few hours after check out but they bumped us up to a late check out instead. I have travelled extensively but never experienced this hospitality. Great Room-The room is a bit small but more than adequate by Central Rome standards. All facilities like the AC, TV and bathroom worked perfectly fine.
Cons: Nothing to be honest. Everything was good.
