Great! I will book again!

Pros: We had a very friendly welcome. The rooms are really large, with huge very comfortable beds. The coffee and lounge area is nice and the breakfast was really delicious.

It was everything we hoped it would be for our first visit to Rome.

Pros: Location was excellent- central and accessible - SO close to all the places we wanted to visit.Large room with high ceilings. Sparsely decorated, but fresh. Lovely friendly welcome from all reception workers. Excellent explanation of where to find breakfast, and a lovely booking for our first meal. Fantastic options for breakfast with lovely calm service (great to have your coffee order remembered). Magnificent huge bed! Fluffy pillows!! The jacuzzi was a real luxury. Lovely glass of fizz as a welcome ( and fridge to keep it cool). Great to have nice glasses for bedside. Plenty of plug outlets. When we had one small issue with the jacuzzi cover, it was dealt with really quickly - thank you!

Cons: Early morning renovations in the hallway (especially from 8am to 9am one morning) were intrusive. The workers were polite when we passed them. Our (Room 1) air conditioner was erratic and noisy - we could have done with more instructions. Getting the balance of fresh air in the room vs jacuzzi chlorine vs air conditioner vs traffic noise was a bit of a challenge - but we managed.

Pros: The huge bed, bedroom, and location. This place is great. The breakfast place is a few minutes' walk, i would say ok breakfast. Salami and eggs are a bit on the low quality.

Cons: Maybe the few stairs with the stroller, but it's a minor if 2 people

A very relaxing stay

Pros: The beds were exceptionally soft, the staff was more than helpful and sweet, the view from the room was right onto the river. Everything is within walkable distance. Overall we had a very lovely stay in River Inn
