Pros: Walking distance from Roma Termini, therefore lots of options for food and grocery. There's even a Chinese restaurant across the building. Safe and quiet apartment. Staff responded promptly to needs/concerns through What'sApp

Cons: It would be nice if a curtain or whatever cover can be installed for the shower area, so that the toilet can be used even when someone is taking a shower. Also, pls do something about the water splashing/draining out of the shower cubicle while showering. Otherwise your property (wooden flooring) will be damaged sooner.

Pros: We had a great stay! The location is excellent – close to Termini station, which made it easy to get around Rome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and helpful. One small downside was that the air conditioning felt a bit too cold during the night and couldn’t be adjusted manually, but the host kindly offered to help with that. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay during our trip. Thank you!

Pros: Resepsiyon yok tamamen kendiniz otele ve odanıza şifreyle giriyorsunuz bu inanılmaz bir özgürlük. Otel sahibi ilgili ve yardımcı oldu. Termini istasyonuna 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Vatikan harici her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. 10.00 da otelden çıkışım varken beni arayarak çıkmanız gerek diye darlamadılar ve ben 10.05 te kendim ayrıldım bu da inanılmaz bir + kendimce. Kısacası oteli gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz iyi tatiller

Cons: Konumu biraz kötü zira romaya geldiğinizi düşünüp aslında afrika'nın ara sokaklarına mı geldim ben diye sorgulayabilirsiniz. Ancak tabii ki bu otel sahibinin halledebileceği bir şey değil. Odalar bitişik olduğu için diğer konaklayanların sesleri rahat duyuluyor ve tabii diğer misafirler kabaysa ve insanlıktan nasibini almamış bireylerse seslerinden rahatsız olabilirsiniz ancak yine de akşam 11 den sonra sesleri kesildi, sabah 7,8 de ise yine seslerini duyup beraber uyanabilirsiniz. Odada terlik olsaydı iyi olurmuş konaklayacaklar yanlarında mutlaka ev terliği getirmeli

Pros: Extremamente limpo, muito boa a cama, banho de qualidade, perto de tudo! O anfitrião muito prestativo e educado!!

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Pomimo początkowych komplikacji z systemem dostania się do lokalu właściciel bardzo szybko zareagował i usunął problem. W pokoju było czysto, jedynie trochę zimno jak na listopad. Musieliśmy mocno ustawiać grzejnik na noc i znaleźliśmy na szczęście dodatkową kołdrę schowaną w pokoju ponieważ na łóżku było jedynie prześcieradło do przykrycia. Lokalizacja w miarę spokojna, blisko dworca Termini i różnych lokali gastronomicznych. Piechotą łatwo dojść w wiele miejsc, do metra także jest jakieś 5min spacerkiem. Ogólnie polecamy :)

Pros: A localização é boa, check-in e check-out simples.

Cons: Tem um cheiro desagradável vindo do banheiro, nada insuportável, mas, incomoda as vzs.

Bueno, pero puede ser excepcional

Pros: Las instalaciones muy cómodas, muy bonitas y placenteras… Además la ubicación genial!

Cons: Cuando llegamos parecía como si la habitación no la hubieran limpiado totalmente, los vasos y cucharas del café estaban sucios, había una máquina de afeitar en la ducha y había un papel en la cesta del baño

Cómodo pero ubicación que parece peligrosa.

Pros: El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, tenía un tamaño bueno para dos personas y fue fácil llegar a la ubicación. El host está en contacto constantemente y eso es un plus porque su respuesta es relativamente rápida.

Cons: Algunas calles al rededor de la ubicación estaban llenas de indigentes, y gente muy rara. Nos hizo sentir inseguros, además los dos últimos días no hubo agua caliente.

Quarto grande e com boa estrutura!

Pros: O quarto é bem grande e com ótima estrutura. Muito bonito e limpo. A privada fica em um local privado, o que é muito bom. Próximo também a estação de metrô.

Cons: A vizinhança dá uma sensação de insegurança, mas no final nada nos aconteceu.
