Fantastic Rome Guest House

I enjoyed the place and I'm thinking of going back to it again.

Pros: The place is great, and the owner of the apartment is friendly and his treatment is very classy

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the historic center, just a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and very close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. There were plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby, and everything was easy to reach on foot. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Totally worth it

Pros: Excellent option for a short staying in Rome - great location (within 20-25 min relaxed walking from the center/Colosseum, also nice breakfast options nearby - for example, HEspresso), the place is clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out super smooth, great communication from the host. Transfer from the airport was an awesome bonus.

Cons: Not a big deal, but only overhead shower available (no handheld shower), so make sure to have a shower cap, if that matters for you :)

Clean, comfortable room in a great location

Pros: We liked our stay. It's a clean, modern room in an apartment (5th floor with a small elevator) with ~6 rooms in total. Self-checkin, great location (10 min walking from Termini / Colosseo / Trevi), common kitchen with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a comfortable but short (1,90m) bed, a desk with a chair and a clothes rack. Heating was good (there is an AC as well) and can be adjusted, shampoo & body wash are provided, shower temperature can be adjusted as you like (can be turned very warm / hot if you like, which is not always the case in Roman hotels in our experiencie). Tea and coffee sachets are provided as well but you need to prepare it in the common kitchen. There is a small fridge in the room.

Cons: It would be nice to have a kettle and a second chair in the room. The walls and doors are not very sound proof. Starting in the early morning, we were \

Pros: Really good the internet is not the best but i could work just fine, súper clean and comfy big rooms and you can cook if you needid or make your breakfast

Pros: Chambre très bien placée à Rome. Un quartier sécurisé et proche à pied de la gare et du Colisée. Le lit est confortable. La cuisine commune et la salle de bain privative très propre

Cons: Assez bruyant quand il y a des personnes dans la cuisine. La bouilloire électrique à beaucoup de calcaire dommage pour faire le thé
